"Laundry Service was essentially non existant. Over the 3 nights/days, not once was the room cleaned and guests would need to help themselves to the open Staff Only room for spare towels etc. Although each block of Units are 3 storey, there are no lifts, just 31 steps up and 31 steps down if staying ..."
