"The hotel has the best location, splendid views, beautiful decoration, excellent breakfast, good drinks. Unfortunately our stay in the beautiful oceanfront suite had a serious problem with an unpleasant smell from the pipe coming out of the toilet. That ruined my dream stay. We reported it and they sent 4 men who practically took us out of the room without tact or common sense, saying that they were going to clean. They literally ran us away! They need more training!!. The funny thing is that they left us without soap, they didn't leave any paper, I had to ask for soap and more paper. The smell disapear only a couple of hours. They really need to fix the smell problem coming out of the toilet!! That tarnishes this beautiful hotel :("
