"La estancia fue fatal. El baño estaba muy sucio, llamamos para que vinieran a limpiar y la cosa no cambió. El agua de la ducha se estancaba y se salía inundando todo el baño. Reclamamos a recepción y dijeron que no había solución. Para colmo Expedía nos dijo que la segunda noche nos fuéramos y ellos se encargaban del reembolso, y ahora nos dicen que no es posible hacerlo. "Stayed three nights in February. Please note that the camp is about 15 minutes drive from Wadi Rum Village and is not in the village as shown by the map. Apparently most of the camps in Wadi Rum do this is to stop guests trying to drive themselves to the real site and getting stuck in the sand! "The property charged like 5 stars, but our glamp from inside was in poor condition, curtains rails were ripped, the sofa chair was broken so when i sat on it i fell down. The quality of bedding was poor quality, overall i did not like the property condition compared to what they charged me. The staff however was very courteous. "
