"We book this each year on our way back from Acadia. It’s the perfect location in a quiet safe area. Down the road is an amazing gas station and our favorite family owned Italian Restaurant. "The location was very convenient to the golf course we were playing at - Roques Roost Golf Course (West). The views of the lake were lovely and the place provided plenty of room. Our host (Rachel) was very responsive to our queries and made sure we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to stay in this area around Oneida Lake."

"Absolutely loved this home! Very quiet and serene despite being on a busier road. Short 10 minute drive to Hamilton and one of the cleanest places I have stayed. Adorable little home with everything you could ask for. Owner even left us a welcome note and there were mints in a bowl when we walked in!"

"This house was comfy and cozy from the first moment I stepped inside. A group of six of us were in Cazenovia for a high school reunion, and it was perfect for us. We all had spacious bedrooms, and a kitchen that allowed us to all gather and snack around the center island. "My family had such an amazing stay! This was the most well equipped home we have ever stayed in. They had everything we could ever ask for and more! The whole house was so thoughtfully put together and having games/toys/plates for the kids made it all so much easier. Fawn also kindly let us check in early so we could get our family settled in easier. Super close to Verona Beach State Park which was great, so clean and friendly. Highly recommend staying here!!! "

"I surpised my husband with this trip. He loves being by water and waterfalls and this place did not disappoint. Listening to that water is so great, especially at night looking up at the stars. We had a great trip and Robin was very responsive with any questions. Would stay here again for sure. "
