Great stay
Overall everything was good. Communication with the host was excellent. Very prompt in responding to messages! The house was great. The pool area was great. We enjoyed the view to the pond and watching out for the gators. There are lots of places close for eating out and a Walmart close for grocery shopping. It's about 35 minutes away from the Disney Parks and about 40 to Universal Studios. I was a little surprised that we needed to buy some supplies that all the other VRBO's I've stayed at have supplied. We were provided with 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, 2 dishwasher tabs, some dishwashing soap, and some soap in the bathrooms. Anything beyond that we had to buy at the local Walmart. This was stated in the welcome letter I received before going (The letter said 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 dishwasher tab). So, I did know before getting there and we were prepared to go shopping. So overall it wasn't really a big deal because we planned on shopping for groceries anyway. Overall we enjoyed staying there for the week and would recommend it to others!

Lovely villa
Just returned from a weeks stay in this villa. This formed the 2nd part of our Florida holiday (first week we stayed in hotels). The villa is amazing! So big & spacious. Perfect size for 4 adults & 2 children. Villa was nice & clean when we arrived. The girls LOVED the pool & the games room. Kitchen is well equipped & did make use of the washer/dryer. Villa is in a good location, far enough away from Disney/Universal to make the restaurants better value but close enough to drive to. Good location for shops/outlets/restaurants/supermarkets. Sadly didn't see any alligators in the lake next to the villa, despite looking a lot! Did see cute turtles though. The hosts responded quickly to any questions we had. Hopefully we can stay again in the not to distant future!

Wij hebben drie weken een fantastische tijd gehad met de familie. Het huis heeft daar zeker aan bijgedragen. Het voelde als thuis zijn en dat is erg prettig. Locatie is prima en in de omgeving van restaurants en winkels. Helemaal prima dus.

Great villa for families!
We stayed in the villa for 9 days and had a great stay there. The house is so cosy and the pool area is wonderful. Well equipped and we had everything we needed for our stay. We loved having the water nearby and saw alligators, turtles and birds. Mireille was quick to answer when we had a question and also helped us find our daughters lost teddybear after we left - greatly apprecciated! We would love to come back some time.

Beautiful Waterside Villa
On arrival at the Villa, we found that the house had been prepared to a high standard and exactly as described. It is spacious and clean and contains everything one could want in a holiday villa. There were only two of us staying but the villa could easily accommodate eight people. The lanai was probably our favourite part of the house, containing sunbeds, a small swimming pool, dining table with chairs for “al fresco” dining. To us, the location was excellent – overlooking trees draped with ‘Spanish Moss’ and a view over the small lake. We saw the alligator on a number of occasions, the turtles, the little fish, the squirrels, and lost count of the number of wading birds we saw daily. (Don’t forget your binoculars). The villa is situated in a lovely area, near to shops and easy access to nearby attractions. A perfect holiday home for friends and family or for couples just like us. Amazing. Thank you.

Wonderful house close to everything.
We had a superb stay in this lovely house. The living space was perfect for us as a family of 4 adults. The pool was great for cooling off whilst watching the wildlife at the lake. The house was clean and nicely presented. Set in a nice quiet location only a short drive to shops, restaurants and the parks. I would definitely recommend the property. The hosts were easy to get in touch with and were very helpful.

It was a beautiful house very roomy and clean. Property was located in a somewhat quiet subdivision. First night on property code wasn’t working to get in so I had to reach out to management and Vrbo to be able to get inside. Other than that it was a great stay

Relaxing Stay
This is the second year my wife and I stayed at this property. It is a great location for our needs and especially for Disney Fans. The property is very clean and well supplied. The property is located on a court and backs up to wooded property so it is quiet and private. The management of this property is very easy to work with and helpful with anything we ask or need. We look forward to future stays at this property in the future.

Tranquil peaceful stay
We had a wonderful family vacation. We were able to experience all 4 Disney Parks during our stay. The house is close to all restaurants, Walmart, shopping and 20-30 minutes to all parks. Pool was cold so we would probably pay for the heat next time. The wildlife and quiet area was amazing after long exhausting days at the parks. We're hoping to be back in 2 years and will try and stay at the same house...maybe for a longer vacation next time.

Loved the location, super clean house, and the best, big, and always warm pool. Kids loved trick or treating in the super friendly neighborhood. Lots of wildlife and trails in back. Your maintenance man always kept the pool deck clean and very helpful. The pond was full of turtles and two gators. Thanks so much‼️

Good and clean
It is a very nice house and very clean. Enough space and a great pool. The community is in a nice place with everything nearby. The neighborhood is a little bit messy. The carbadge bins and a lot of waste from the homes stayed outside for the hole 2 weeks we were there. The manager is very friendly and helpfull. If there is a problem he solved it right away. We recommend this villa.

Clear creek stay Aug 2022
This is a lovely property in a great location. Not only for Disney, (which is 25mins drive away) but also for restaurants and shops. It’s in a lovely quiet neighbourhood next to a lovely lake. We loved seeing the alligator swim across the lake and also the turtles. The owner is lovely and replies to any messages and questions almost immediately. I would definitely recommend this villa and would one day like to stay in it again

Peace and tranquil with close proximity to everything!
Everything was as advertised. The property manager was friendly and helped out when we needed it. Pool and grill time was the best. Quiet area but close to everything. Would definitely stay again.
