Convenient & lovely!
I stayed here for a cheerleading convention that was held at ESPN. The room is super cute and pretty clean/smelled nice. My favorite thing was the location, it’s close to plenty of restaurants and shopping (huge mall 10 mins away) and less than 20 mins from the Disney parks/Disney Springs. Traffic wasn’t terrible. The hotel itself isn’t anything special and I didn’t use any of the amenities so I can’t speak to that but overall it was great and I would stay there again!

Good location, nice place to stay
I stayed in same building for the second time, I like the place. it is close to almost everywhere a traveler would like to visit. Secure with 24/7 reception. Clean and decent place. I stayed for 2 weeks and since the windows are shut close I wanted to somehow freshen the place but it is not possible. if you need real air in your room just have this in your mind. I'm definitely going back.

We were there for my daughter’s volleyball tournament and the location was convenient. The place was very clean and the property was pretty quiet! We will definitely be back next year!!

Cute *little* place
I traveled to Orlando for a conference. The room is just a hotel room, really. The decor is cute and modern. The host & their go-to contact person were quick to respond to questions. It’s an older property, but close to lots of restaurants and shopping. For one person or a couple it’s comfortable, but a family would be crowded. Make sure to bring ALL the amenities you will need bc the room doesn’t come with anything. I felt like it was an ok price for the location, but a bit overpriced for the room itself.

This hotel room was clean and comfortable the 4 of us had plenty of room. The hotel was quiet and did not have alot of traffic which was nice. We enjoyed our stay while we visited Disney.

Disney trip
My granddaughter, sister in law, and myself did a birthday week at Disney. We rent Vrbos all the time and this one was great in proximity to all the parks. It was spacious and clean. I was impressed they had a stroller and pack and play for use in the room but we didn’t need it.

Not a good nights sleep
Overall, property was what was required and clean. One used towel left hanging behind the bathroom door. The beds were terrible and the springs creaked very loudly whenever one moved on the bed. This kept us awake for most of the night. The owner was informed of this and said he would investigate. I would advise to check if beds have been renewed or fixed before staying at this property.

Wonderful Place!
My daughter and I stayed here for 9 nights and it was perfect! Such a cute space and perfect for our needs. I appreciated the cleanliness and cute decor. The unit had everything we needed and was super close to restaurants and fun things to do. The building in general was quiet and felt very safe. The front desk staff was very friendly and pleasant. The hosts were so welcoming and very quick with communication. I would highly recommend this unit, and we hope to stay here again! Thank you for providing a lovely space!

Location convenient to retail and dining, as well as Orange County Convention Center and area attractions. This property is very quiet and loved the kitchennette for buying food and eating some meals in. Property is clean comfortable.

Great Stay!
My daughter and I stayed here for 3 nights while passing through from Myrtle Beach to Anna Maria Island. Mark was excellent with communication. Check in was easy as there was no process just head up to the room and enter the code. It was that simple! Room had everything we needed for our stay. good area
It was a good area, coffee and grocery and restaurants within 1 mile. The one thing I missed, not sure how, is that it was inside a Hawthorne suites hotel. I guess comforting since there is security, but I had expected it to be more residential. The lobby restaurant would not sell me coffee since I was not a hotel guest, but VRBO guest, so that seemed odd to me. Starbucks was down the road, though. Coffee in the unit would be nice, and bring your toiletries as not provided except a small bar of soap. My main purpose was to book a unit where 2 of my kids got their own bed, as well as me, so it worked out. 3 beds.

Kid Friendly
Mark, was wonderful and the communication with him was even better. My kids really enjoyed the pool and the game room. I really liked that the theme parks and restaurants was close by. My family and I will defiantly visit this property in the future.
