Great Area
The house was in a great area. Everything within 15 min and Disney 20 min. The beds were a little stiff and the hot water only lasted about 2 min before it became luke warm water in the master bathroom. Unsure if it is a Florida issue but there were many tiny ants around the kitchen and dining area even before bringing food in the house. I loved that it was very homey and comfortable. The tvs would not connect to the Internet so there was no streaming available (I wanted to login to my accounts so my kids could watch tv but tvs would not connect). For the price, location and accessibility, this house is perfect for small families that want to visit Disney and not break the bank.

Great place to stay. Amenities close in proximity. Clear check in/out directions. Did notice in the last 3 days or so, quite a few bugs appearing in main bath. No plug for bathtub and the water was hard to regulate. Always to hot no matter tap setting. I would recommend however and would definitely stay there again.

An okay stay
The check in was easy and fast. It smelled clean but floors felt sticky. The pool floor really didn’t look clean at all and we kept wondering how often it got clean. We also noticed the camera facing straight down at the pool it was definitely not facing outward, which made us feel uncomfortable. After a few hours on our first day there we noticed there was small little bugs everywhere on the floors, bathroom counters and on the side tables in the rooms which freaked me and my kids out, those bugs were there our entire stay.

Everything was good, except the cleanliness of around the pool area. Also, they refused to heat the pool for us. The house was perfect for the 4 of us.

Peaceful stay
Overall we loved the ducks and the sunsets and welcomed a relatively clean place to sleep and do laundry. Ping pong was also fun. Location was good. Checkin was easy. We felt safe and secure. Showers were okay. We wished the pool had been heated. The place really needs someone to come through and do a deep clean on all those high ledges. The ducts needed a good cleaning as well, thick dust on everything overhead and some of the windows. Also, the kitchen had a lot of pots and pans but all of them were scratched up Teflon coated and there really wasn’t a great knife for preparing meals with, I did fear for my fingers a bit. Overall, for the price, I would stay here again, I’d just do it later in the season and I’d bring my own kitchen stuff.

We contacted them about possible early check in due to flight changes and arriving in the morning and never got a response. Not sure if the email or phone numbers were incorrect. It listed 2 camaras on the outside but said one was facing the backyard but it was directly on the pool so it made it super uncomfortable to go swimming.

Simple and effective
It has just what you need and nothing more. We had a minor issue or two but we slept well and felt safe and warm. Recommendations for the owner - Everything was clean but the floors. One barefoot walk showed a lot of gross hair and dirt. Buy a Roku for the TV ($35). It is too old now to handle the new apps. Replace your light bulbs with 2700-3000k bulbs (soft white). It looks like a hospital in there with the ultra bright bulbs. You need a simple coffee table or ottoman. Also, please buy a pizza pan for the oven and a pizza cutter.

Great house
Great house in a central area. We were there for the big lacrosse tournament. Easy check in. Only issue was the pillows on all the beds REALLY need to be replaced. Super flat. There weren’t any mixing bowls or measuring cups so cooking for our athletes was tricky. Not a huge deterrent but it was noticed. Pros are proximity to everything. We went to Disney springs and that wasn’t a bad drive. Shopping and groceries are central to the house. Great gaming area in the garage. Kept the teens happy.
