Comfortable and clean property

Theme Park get away

Wonderful townhouse in easy location
We truly enjoyed our stay and only wish we had more time there. The only negatives were that the gate closest to our place was broken so no one could enter it without waiting for someone else to exit which was a huge pain. We were also disappointed to find the mini golf at the club house is not included so you have to pay extra for that. The location is perfect for Disney World and Universal Studios!

Great Location
Location was perfect, home had wear and tear but overall okay, communication with the management company was lacking (no responses to three emails). Plenty of room for 2 families and quick access to food/shopping as well as parks.

Nice location, good for large group
My family which consists of seven people stayed here for a few days over spring break. It gave us great proximity to the parks the facility has a wonderful pool area with lazy river, beach volleyball and basketball court. It also had a workout room. The pool was small, but it was very nice and clean and well-maintained. The bedrooms were good size plenty of bathrooms for a group are size. The kitchen has the essentials, enough to get by for a few days. Overall, we like this property for its location and amenities.

The community and guard were great, beautiful park lakes and grounds. The inside of the house was a bit of a let down. The walls has black scuff marks all over the house multiple feet long and tall as if someone rubbed their back along all of the walls, the carpet upstairs in the rooms had stains, the furniture in the living room was literally peeling falling apart just looking at it. When you'd stand up the couch pieces would be all over your clothes

Nice Property…Furniture Needs Upgrading
The property is nice. However, it’s beyond time to upgrade the furniture. The couch is peeling and there are rips on the bar stools. Also, it needs a deep cleaning.

Excellent for extended family
we loved it. Parking was plentiful, great communication. My only helpful comment would be to know that while the unit sleeps 10, cooking for 10 was a challenge as the kitchen only had one small skillet and no spatula (but 4 large spoons). Not a complaint just a helpful hint for another family!

My stay was very nice, but the home needs a good cleaning, from front door to inside, also needs a paint job inside the home and furnitures needs to be upgraded.Hire a professional to clean up!!!

Pros outweighs the cons and WOULD stay again!
Definitely some cons but nothing that would prevent us from choosing exact property again. Pros…Location was perfect, not far from parks, and Walmart within five mins. House had ample space and bedrooms were great sizes. Pool was awesome! There were two bikes which was a nice surprise! The property was exactly as advertised. The community pool/water park was a short drive and was great. Went at 9am most days to get spots and stayed until noon. The a/c worked well and gave us a nice escape from the heat. Last, check in/check out was a breeze and ample parking. Cons. I sent five messages to the mgmt company starting a month prior to our trip and I never once got a response. I emailed and called about early check-in and late check out and got no responses. While the house is pretty well stocked, there were only three washcloths for a five bedroom house that sleeps 10 and there were no dishcloths. The cooking pans are about 8 inches so when cooking for 10 people we had to dirty every cooking pot. It would be nice if they had a 12 inch skillet. There were no potholders so had to use two of the three washcloths, no spatula, no broom, vacuum didn’t work and the dining room chairs are crap and barstools wobbly, we had to continue tightening screws. Drier very loud. Garbage IS NOT picked up daily. Definitely needs new mattresses and pillows. None of our cons required anything from management so we did not call about those things. All in all we would choose this exact location again.

Nice but needs updating
Overall the property itself is really nice. The furniture needs updating. The sectional was peeling. The comforter in the king room was stained. The bar code to get into the gate NEVER WORKED and the gate attendant never answered. I I formed the attendant several times. We had to wait for someone to come out so that we could enter through the exit gate.

McCallum Family vacation
The property was fantastic , it was located near all the attractions on our list and the property water park is awesome!! We used all the bedrooms and bathrooms for our group and the patio pool was great for impromptu swims with the grandkids. Thank You and we plan on being back in the future
