terrific on most things
the place was great we had problems with phone and internet service I am not sure why neighborhood location? not enough access points? not sure why but something was wrong as I said with internet, phones and tv also the ice makers didn't work on both refrigerators never got fixed, over all fantastic

Happy place
The only thing I will complain about is the cleanness of the property.. The walls was dirty (need to be painted or washed down) they were smeers of red something on one of the bedrooms, the curtain had stains on them, my niece got cut in her foot from glass embedded in the carpet, they came at a timely manner.

Williams Family Thanksgiving Holiday Stay
My family had an amazing experience. It was for me entering the community was the worst experience wit the line and traffic and waiting! It’s almost like you never wanna leave but there’s always something you forget and we need to go out and get it on several occasions plus the list of names for the passes should be mailed previously before arrival as soon as the property is secured with total payment.Because the guards are extremely Rule if you don’t have a pass. So that meant my guess was calling me frantically. but other than that, it was an amazing stay needing more dish detergent, as well as washing detergent on the premises. Otherwise everything that a cozy home would need for a great stay and thank you so much for accommodating us with the pool. It did make up for the things that wasn’t working.

Golf Trip - Perfect for Group of 16
I coordinate and participate with a group of friends. We travel across the country each November, and this is our 2nd trip to Orlando. Prior stay was at Reunion Resort, but we wanted to be in one property, and this looked perfect! And it was! 14 Bedrooms for 16 grown men was just fine. The space was generous and we were not on top of each other. We paid the extra for pool/hot tub heat, and it was worth it. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, glasses, and utensils, but short on paper towels and trash bags. We needed to extend our check-out time by a few hours and they were very generous in allowing this. Check in communication was the only glitch as I did not get an e-mail with the front door code and had to call for this. But, it was resolved quickly. You may rest assured that you are getting a fair value with this property.

Best Family vacation home
If I could give this place/host 10 stars I would. Our family had an amazing time. Each room was very comfortable and very nice. Loved that we could all be together but each had our own space. We all enjoyed the gamerooms, the theater, pool & sauna. The big kitchen and living room made it easy to feed our flock. Loved the fact that our host took care of all the minor details and answered our calls ASAP when we had questions. We will definitely book with you anytime!

The Best Family Vacation
The pictures does this house no justice! From the master bedrooms to the beautiful pool and hot tub, it was truly amazing! Due to my oversight I ended up calling Element Vacation Homes and I spoke with Matt he was absolutely wonderful and very informative. I will definitely be revisiting this home in the near future!

A Great Place to Stay
This house was beautiful! Our large group ranged in age from 9 months to 85 years old and everyone enjoyed their stay. Both the kids and adults enjoyed the game rooms, theater room and swimming area. The open space in the kitchen and Livingroom allowed our group to cook and eat together as a family. We had plenty of space to sit and relax. The customer service we received was great as well. Michael answered all of our upfront questions very timely and quickly. While we were at the home, the Theater was not working and a technician was out to fix it within the hour. We would definitely recommend this rental home.

Huge place!
We enjoyed our stay. Although our downstairs washer was broken and was never fixed while we were there so going up and down to do laundry wasn’t fun. Our pool wash to be heated and didn’t get heated up until three days in. The house was perfect for all of our family to have room to spread out and enjoy our time there.

Winter trip to Orlando - 14 Bed Mansion
It's a safe neighborhood in a nice location. The property management communicated each step at regular intervals and was always available when we needed them. They had set up a ping-pong table for us. In 2 of the master bathrooms, the exhaust was not working. In one of the master bathrooms, the door lock was not working. Other than that there is absolutely nothing to complain about.

Amazing from the front door
I did not expect the house to be that amazing - thought it would not look exactly the same as the pictures, but it did! This was an annual vacation for my brothers and sisters, our kids and their kids. There were at least 28 of us. The Welcome touchscreen board was a major plus and a surprise and so useful. They added some very kind touches - that a board, a Christmas tree and hand-written, personalized greeting card from home's family. There were a few issues, some caused by my family, but Justin, Adam and their team responded so quickly and were very kind and professional. Let's just say if and when I will need a vacation home in Florida again, Element Vacation Homes will be my first contact.

Seriously DO NOT stay here!
Despite a well-designed structure, the house was poorly maintained. Stains covered most carpets, walls had numerous smudges, and some areas were broken. The outdoor furniture was dirty, with cushions requiring machine washing. The grill was filthy with old food, grime, and mold. The kitchen ceiling had caked-on dust, and shower curtains were dirty with mold. We voiced our concerns, prompting a manager to offer a full refund if we left immediately, an impractical suggestion due to our long travel and family plans. While some efforts were made to address issues, the overall problems persisted. The lead ops manager put duct tape on a stair crack and tightened a bannister. However, subsequent discoveries included dirty/moldy shower curtains, broken wall pieces, door holes, dusty fans, dead-battery remotes, and TVs unable to connect to the internet. The kitchen stove remained old and filthy, and pots/pans were in poor condition. Furniture was outdated and in poor shape, with cracked/broken refrigerator shelves. Despite these issues, our request for a significant refund was met with resistance from Element Vacation Homes. Their justifications, such as the previous occupants' satisfaction and a cleaning company's supposed efforts, were invalid. Our experience fell far below the high amount paid for a subpar, low-quality stay. We are warning against choosing this home and Element for those seeking cleanliness and standards in a vacation home. Still waiting to hear about compensation

Pictures do not tell all
Bath tubs drained clogged. Showering and standing in water to your ankle was disgusting. Games on 2nd floor were noisy thoughout the home when played. The noise was so unbearing they were unplugged. Alot of the provided pots and pans needs to be replced. I would rent in this community again just not this home. Ey
