We loved this house. Lots of space. Nicely decorated. Clean! The backyard is great. Pool, plenty of seating, bar, lights, TV and projector. Then the seating area outside of the pool area is also nice with a grill to use.

The house is roomy and nice! Problems with the air conditioner caused major inconvenience. We were only there for 3 nights and the air only worked for 1!

Check in was easy everything Frankie said was included was included the only extra charge was the grill for 25. We didn’t have to pay as Frankie told us to fill the propane tank instead and the fee would be waived. Great home to stay with a few families. Would def recommend this home to large families looking for a home to rent.

We had 18 people in our group ranging from 3 to 73 years old. This property was perfect for our group. We never felt like we were right on top of each other. We took advantage of all the amenities that we paid for. The pool/spa area, and the game room were used every day. The clubhouse was very nice, but we were only able to take advantage of it a few times. The two refrigerators, dishwashers, and washers/dryers came in very handy. For large groups this place is worth it.

Upon arrival we were not given the information to get into the house. The back door was unlocked. The dishwasher was drained. The pool didn’t seem as clean as I expected. I wish we would’ve known to use the community pool(resort) was a fee. The smoker didn’t work.

Issues communicating with the home owner. Billed hundreds of dollars for a damage deposit for an old towel that was already damaged. Cleaning ladies were there after checkin. No towels or anything in the bathrooms. False advertising for the game room and other bedrooms that are locked. Everything was an upcharge to gain access. I suggest contacting the owner prior to renting to get a list of all of the extra fees. Hot tub was cold and not ready for use.access. Renters reach out to

Highly recommend this property for visiting the parks - home had everything needed to relax. Solterra resort pool etc. was very nice and accommodating for our handicapped adults and for all ages of kids. The owner was very responsive, although we had no real issues during our 8 day stay.

We came for a Disney and ocean vacation. We are a family of 10 and the house location was perfect for what we wanted to do. The amenities were very entertaining for our family right at the house for our stay and rest days. Frankie was an excellent host.

We Booked This Beautiful House 1-Year In Advance, Communicated With Frankie Throughout, & Were Blown Away When We Arrived & Walked Through The House. The Pictures Don’t Do Justice As Frankie Continues To Upgrade & Improve On This One Of A Kind Gem Inside Solterra Resort. We Had A Minor Issue With The Pool Heater, But Frankie Was There To Fix It & Take Care Of Us. Our Party Of 8 Adults & 10 Kids Thoroughly Enjoyed This House & All Of Its Amenities & Will Be Back In The Future No Doubt!

Our stay at this property was amazing. The owner did an wonderful job to assure our stay was a Merry Christmas and a Merry Holiday. The house was very clean, beautifully decorated, and very accommodating for all ages. We will be repeat guests.

We planned a long time for this vacation, and selected this house because it had the room to hold the 18 of us, as well as the awesome arcade room in the garage and the pool. We used all of the amenities and they kept the kids busy on days when we just lounged around the house. The living area is bigger than it appears in the pictures, which was a nice surprise. There is also plenty of dinnerware and cookware to do whatever you want as far as cooking. We loved having two refrigerators and dishwashers! Check-in was easy as well. The only negative we found was parking. We had 5 cars, so several of them had to park on the street, and there is seldom a space to find, esp. at night. The resort definitely needs to add more parking for all of the vacation homes in the area. Other than that, it was a great experience! You will love this house!

Our experience was awesome...check in was smooth and easy. Everything was as expected throughout the house. It was a nice, quiet neighborhood. We went to the community pool twice and it was great too. If we had any questions/issues, I just called and if he didn't answer, he called back shortly afterwards to see what i needed and provide the assistance. We would definitely stay here again.

Walking into the home, very nice. We asked to have an early arrival, but Frank said no due to the fact he had to clean for 10hrs. After inspecting the home at Frank’s request, we noticed the hinges on the pantry door was falling off, dirty balled up tissue and female products were in the drawer, upstairs bathroom toilet tissue holder was broken, and the dishwasher door was broken. Cigarette butts were on the entryway of the home and on the ground in the smoking area. The dishwasher door and the pantry door were an safety hazard due to it falling on our small children if they were present. We told Frank of all our findings and he accused us of breaking the dishwasher door. How could we have broken it and we never used it. Besides, it stunk too bad. Frank called us hostile and basically dishonest people. That was very disappointing for us. What a way to start your vacation. We checked in August 2023 on a Saturday. We paid for pool heat days before we checked into the home. We noticed him the same day as check in, no pool heat. Frank kept telling us it’s on. We called Sunday, Monday and finally he turned the pool heat on Wednesday. He said one of our toys was blocking the heat vents. I told him, those were not our small pool toys. Those we’re already present. We asked for a partial refund and still have not received it. My grandsons wet the bed and we do not mind replacing the mattress. Frank customer service is disappointing.

We enjoyed the house, pool and the gameroom was a hit with everyone. The only issue was the firepit was not usable, but after talking with the owner and he explained why we understood. All issues we had we addressed immediately by the owner. Would definitely rent again.
