Great home and location for large family
The home and location were just as stated on line. We paid extra for the pool to heated during our stay and it was perfect. The home is within easy access to shopping, groceries, restaurants, and theme parks. The home had lots of glasses, dishes, and cutlery. The downside to our trip was it there was not enough essentials in the home. There was 6 adults and 3 children in our group and we stayed for 9 days. We only had the 1 roll of toilet paper that was on the dispenser in each bathroom, only 2 garbage bags, no dish washing tablets or dish clothes, not enough towels, no cleans supplies to wipe counters, no paper towels, only 1 little hand soap in each bathroom, no washing machine soap even though we were expected to wash towels before we left. We had to purchase all these things for our 9 day stay. It seemed to be stocked for a 1 or 2 day stay not a longer stay.

Business Trip at Orange County Convention Center
Owners and Property management company were awesome as we booked for a convention last minute. We got lucky those specific dates were open because it is very booked in the future.Great value with three king bedrooms so lots of room we used and three other rooms. Lots of cool fun things in villa to entertain adults and two very cool themed kids rooms and game room.

Great Stay
Property was in a great location, very convenient to get to Disney attractions. Lots of room for us, 6 adult children, and 3 grandchildren. Jane was very communicative leading up to and during our stay. We've stayed in the area using VRBO before and this was the best of any we've stayed at. If we do the family teip to WDW again I'll definitely try to book this one again!

Great for a family
This house was a great find for a big family like ours! Plenty of room, great pool, and great location. For future renters, be sure to bring your own toilet paper and garbage bags. This was the first rental we've rented where that hasn't been provided beyond the partial roll left in the bathroom and the single garbage bag in the can. Location was great for visiting all the theme parks and close to lots of restaurants and stores. Our kids loved the game room with the pool table.

Amazing stay!
What a beautiful place to stay! The house was wonderful. We enjoyed the pool after a long day in the parks. So many dishes made it so easy to cook meals at the house. Lots of pool towels was a plus also. Beds were very comfortable too. Close to the parks and a Walmart right down the street was great for doing pickups.Jane was a pleasure to work with. We will be back in the future! Thank you! and always quickly

Incredible experience!
Our family had so much fun staying at this VRBO! There wasn't anything that we needed that wasn't provided. Loved the pool & hot tub and being within walking distance of the community center and water fun. The host was amazing and communication an A+. Would definitely go again!

Great location and good property overall
The location was very conveniently located. The property manager was also readily available for a few minor questions we had. There were many great onsite amenities that due to our packed Disney schedule we didn't get to fully enjoy. The only two downsides I would say is that the wide angle photos made the rooms look much bigger online. They are more than adequate, but look much bigger in the pictures. The property is also starting to show it's age a little. It's not dirty but you could tell that some things like the carpet and the end tables in the kids bedrooms are worn.

Great location with good amenities
Loved the location near Disney. Walmart very close by. 6 bedrooms worked very well with our large family. Loved the amenities (indoor pool and larger pools, splash park and water slides nearby). My only negative comment is that we had to make a trip to buy toilet paper, garbage bags, hand soap and shampoo/conditioner. Thought it should be included for a 6 day stay. Also, beds are soft (not my liking but realize this is a personal preference).

Amazing Stay!
We traveled to Orlando from the Midwest with my husband, children, my brother and father, ages 9-67. This property was amazing. The house is better than it shows online, incredibly spacious and clean . Proximity to Disney & Universal was great. Pool & hot tub were amazing to start or end our day. We went right after a hurricane and communication was amazing. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!! Gated community gave us a great sense of safety. Pool and water slides at clubhouse were great. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!!

Amazing home and host!
This house has everything. We are a family of 8, and visited Disney the week of Hurricane Milton. Jane was in constant contact with us the entire trip. She went above and beyond to make sure we had information, supplies and reassurance for the storm. Her home gave us a place that we felt completely safe, as well as being very comfortable. There is plenty of space. Our grands loved the themed bedrooms, and we all enjoyed the Harry Potter game room and heated pool. If you have a chance to stay at this wonderful villa - don’t miss it. Hopefully we will be back! A huge thank you to Jane and her husband.

Family Reunion
Our family stayed in this fully equipped home which turned out to be a resort that we didn’t want to leave. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. We were amazed at how the owner had provided all essentials and beyond! One tip…keep the correspondence that Jane sends and read it often before and during your stay. There is also a binder in the villa with a lot of information. The resort has many regulations, as does the owner of the home, but everything is clearly stated and there are reminders throughout the home of what is required and expected. The pool area is great and even though the weather was hot, our family made good use of the hot tub. Our entire family gives this rental 18 thumbs up (there were 9 of us)!

Outstanding property with excellent owner communication.
Family of 9 grandparents son and daughter in law and children. Lovely home very well equipped. Great location very close to all the central Florida attractions. The estate where the house is located is immaculate and in itself has good amenities. The owner provides detailed and clear instructions and communication with her was very quick. Family Vacay
Our three adult sons and their families joined my husband and I for a quick family get away to Disney. The location of this house was ideal! Quick drive to Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen had all of the necessary utensils. Our granddaughter loved the Princess themed bedroom as well as the Harry Potter themed garage! The owner Jane was a pleasure to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again!

Incredible in every way!
All of the other reviews sold us on staying here, and once we arrived, we were not let down. Upon arrival, check-in was very easy and what was really remarkable is the house is very, very clean. Furthermore, everything you would need to support a family is already at the house. Prior to arrival, we received a great email with suggestions about where to eat, things to do, etc. We spent some time in the community pool and water park, but our family actually really enjoyed. Just lounging in the pool. Either way, you have options! And from a proximity standpoint, you're close to a Walmart and Target, and so many spots to enjoy dining out. Jane is an exceptional host of an exceptional property. Thank you very much!

Family Disney Trip with kids and grandson
Great home with a great location to Disney and Universal. Plenty of space for our family of 9. Great place to get the family together...bath and bedroom for each adult couple and good space inside and out to gather for family meals and pool time. The themed rec room was fun although we didn't get much time to enjoy it. Would recommend and stay there again. Jane was wonderful to communicate with and also made sure there was space in the overflow parking for our RV. 5 stars!

April Getaway
Great space for a large group. Large kitchen with everything you could need for preparing meals. The pool area has plenty of seating for relaxing or dining outdoors. There is plenty of shade while the pool itself stays in the sun until late afternoon. The water park is a great addition and only a short safe walk away. All the Disney Parks, groceries stores and shopping are a short drive or Uber ride away. It took no time at all to get comfortable driving to the different venues. The home owner Jane was a pleasure to work with. There were never too many questions and our emails were always responded to very quickly. We were given detailed instructions and plenty of suggestions to get the most out of our vacation.

Windsor Hills Villa
Overall our stay was wonderful. Check in was quick and easy. The villa was clean and every worked very well for my family with 5 adults and 3 children. Having the heated pool proved to be very popular. The games room got some good use when we just wanted to have down time. The kids loved their theme bedrooms. Would highly recommend this villa and would definitely stay there again. Thanks

Perfect Family Home Disney Vaca
There were 10 of us- 6 adults plus 4 children ages 2-5. So close to Disney properties as well as Walmart, restaurants, etc. The extras with the community was a big plus for our family ( parks, play areas, sidewalks, water park). Beds were comfy. Paid extra for heated pool and was well worth it! A few things that need attention include: air conditioning- needs to be fixed as upstairs gets warm. ( the weather was cool during our stay, so we managed with fans, but on warm days this would have been very uncomfortable.). Need more towels & washcloths in each bathroom. Plenty of beach towels which was great! Need oven mitts and more kitchen towels.
