Outstanding Place
The townhouse was exactly as pictured. The interior was very nice and the couch and chairs were very comfortable. You can tell that the hosts put time, thought and money into the place. Dave was a fantastic host and accommodated our requests quickly. We look forward to staying again!

Property is as pictured, very responsive host leading up to trip, smooth check-in process, and comfortable stay for my family. The Home had everything you needed and wasn’t far from shopping and restaurants.

Everything the listing said it is!
This property is EXACTLY what the listing says. It is very clean with upgraded features. You can tell the owner takes pride his rental. We stayed about 5 days and we have absolutely no complaints about anything. We and my family would definitely stay again if we are in the area!

Excellent Holiday Home!!
This villa was perfect! particularly the outside area with spa pool which we enjoyed chill time in after a day at the parks (TV outside in this area was brilliant!). The spa pool was also bigger than it looked in the pictures and the perfect size for the four of us to relax in. Close enough to all the parks and there were plenty restaurants close by and a huge Wallmart within 5 mins drive. The communal pool and spa were also lovely, 2 min walk away from the villa and very quiet the times we went along (mid-week, although weekends looked busier) we had the place to ourselves most of the time and our boys used the gym and games room which they enjoyed. The owners Dave and Diana were really helpful with communication making sure all was sorted for when we arrived and messaging after we settled to check if we needed any more assistance. We had an amazing vacation and would highly recommend this Villa for the perfect stay in Florida whether relaxing or covering the parks.

The home was clean and comfortable and a great size, which made it the perfect home for my husband and I to work remotely. Beautiful bathrooms, bedrooms, and kitchen stocked with everything you’d need! Didn’t get to enjoy the pool due to the weather but it’s an awesome space.
