Two of the downstairs bathroom showers you only had either Luke warm or burning hot. There was no adjustment. All faucets are backwards. There is no way for anyone with disabilities or even older people to use showers. 3 out of the 5 bathrooms have garden tubs. There were dirty dishes in the cupboards along with dirty utensils . Two rooms had scraps of paper on the floor so there is no way it was vacuumed. You can not plug anything into the tv's like consoles and the internet was so poor that the tv's would constantly reset when you tried to use it. Outside on the patio the bench seat is broken and anyone over 20 lbs will probably break it. The table leg is broken also and you have to constantly readjust it if someone bumps into it. Another chair had a broken board in it. When we got there on Friday the garbage cans were filled out front. Nothing had been picked up which left us no choice than to over fill them. Hanging on the wall the certificate for them to rent out the property expired a couple years ago. The positive is it held the amount of people it said and had the right amount of bathrooms. It was close to Disney and universal. The beds were comfortable and there are small dressers in every bedroom. There are some positives and it would be a beautiful place with some work and a change in advertising. We had 11 people aged from 1 - 78 and we had plenty room. There was high chairs, strollers and baby gates. They were greatly appreciated.
