I couldn't have asked for a better place!
We decided to book a week in Disney and decided to opt for a condo instead of going the conventional route of staying at a Disney resort. Safe to say this was the best decision we made! The condo was beautiful and I couldn't recommend it enough. The host was amazing to deal with and even bought and sent us board games a day before a hurricane hit so that we'd have something to do. Thank you!

Was a great option to stay here rather than on resort. We were at most 20minutes (with traffic) from Disney. The covered pool, house, and neighborhood were all great.

Great value
Overall, I think for the price of our stay, it was a great value. Things we enjoyed: the decor, the screened in patio and pool, the cookware provided, smart TVs, laundry room and communication with host. Things that could have been better: lack of basic necessities such as hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. I understand putting a limit on those items but for 6 people, we were out of trash bags and paper towels the first night. The check in process was annoying as each person with a vehicle needed to be added to the list via the host. That was eventful as the phone service is awful in that community. Afterward, I was told to pick up our car passes at the front gate and when doing so, the attendant told me that each vehicle needed to drive through separately to get car pass. It was a lot of back and forth and not how I wanted to start my vacation. I will note that the host said they had a system update and was the reason for the car pass issue, so I won’t hold it against them.

We do this once our twice a year. The property is nice and the unit is too. The lack of essentials made it annoying though. Bare minimum toilet paper and paper towel. Same with one laundry pod and two dishwasher pods. Only three trash bags too. Had to buy things that should have been provided.suppliedpng. Y the

A lovely relaxed stay
We enjoyed our time at the property. The house was spacious and quiet. The kids loved the bedrooms. And the adults were happy to be able to spread out too. Having a few additional details like salt and pepper and a small refillable bottle of cooking oil etc in the kitchen would have been welcomed. It would also have been great to have some board games around for when we were all inside on the rainy days. The clubhouse pool and lazy river were enjoyed by all when lightening wasn’t nearby!

Hidden Gem!
This was my first vrbo booking and it did not disappoint. Excellent location away from busy Orlando, yet close to the major attractions. Only 20 mins to the parks. The clubhouse was great! Very nice and clean. Lazy river was awesome. And the home was only an 8 minute walk to the clubhouse. Very quiet and spacious. Super clean and quiet. Brandon was super responsive with questions and i felt so welcome it was fantastic. Definitely would book again.

Great Stay
Wonderful property. Great location. Resort Club house was awesome with a mini waterpark. The host was wondrtful, very responsive. We had an issue late one night and Brandon responded right away and had someone come out to resolve the issue. Overall we had a great time.

Bad Communication with Host/Inaccurate Picture for Listing
Picture on listing shows an incredible pool. It is not on the property of the listing at all and there is a charge to enter that isn’t included in the booking charges. The entrance was incredibly crowded getting into the subdivision and it was very chaotic. I told the host we had three families coming well in advance and he didn’t advise of the parking situation and how to get an extra vehicles parked. The security attendants were rude and said we had to call and add people to our reservation for them to park. The host never mention this and didn’t answer when I tried to call to add them.There were no wash rags in the place. The pool filter wasn’t working for the private pool and the water was dirty. Upstairs bed was super squeaky. There were no check out instructions.

The townhouse in which we stayed at was very nicely put together. We were about 30 minutes out from Disney each way (1 hour round trip). We spent a day at the resort pool which was nice, however did cost an additional $40 to use the amenities. The neighborhood was quiet, local shopping including the grocery store was nearby. My only recommendation would be to have a few cleaning products available to wipe down the counter tops and tables after use, a net to clean the house pool debris and additional toilet paper accessible if needed.

Family vacation
My husband, myself , our 5 children, my BIL, SIL, and niece stayed over the week of 4th of July. The house was perfect! Location was amazing for all Orlando has to offer. Neighborhood amenities were awesome! Neighborhood pool and gym are extra $37 through the clubhouse but it was 100% worth it!
