Unkept Property

The house is a nice size but you can tell it is run by property managers without the care of private owners. The carpet is filthy and stained. Furniture is stained and worn in seats. It was a basic stay and I have had better. You also can only communicate with them via text which is annoying. Won’t stay here again.

Graduation weekend

It was 11 of us staying at the home and 3 local people that came to visit. The house was spacious and it accommodated our group size. The kitchen should include pot holder and kitchen towels. Nice place but property manager made check in a nightmare

If not for other issues there are items I normally wouldn't mention. First check in was a nightmare. This is a gated community that won't allow you in unless you are on the guest list. Even though I filled out the form with all guests as instructed no one was on the list. After multiple hours on the phone calling anyone I could get to talk to me I was added to the list on a different property so i could get through the gate. My groceries sitting out front for hours some of which I had to throw away because i could not get in in a timely manner. Locks on the front door didn't work even with the key. There was weeds growing in the pavers back by the pool. All patio furniture was stacked in a pile. There were no cookie sheets in the kitchen to bake things. Internet was spotty but likely due to the storms in the area prior. Pool was supposed to be heated but we couldn't get that to work. The house itself was a nice property but the management is a company that did not do its job. I should not be at the gate for over 2 hours making phone calls and for no one to call me after to apologize from leadership is unacceptable in my opinion. I would not recommend anything from vacasa. One out of 4 people I got on the phone was good but didn't have the ability to solve the problem on her own. Rent somewhere else unless you want to roll the dice.

Roaches in Property!

Called and Texted Property Management several times about the roach problem with no resolution. They assured me someone will. contact me about the roach problem. Took pictures of the roach infested. Property and send them the image. Nothing was ever resolved about the roaches. Made our vacation stressful. Had to put all food products in the refrigerator let alone making sure these roaches didn’t travel back home in our clothes and luggage! What a task and inconvenience! Also not enough towels for a family of 14. Sheets didn’t smell clean. No pillow cases, I will never return to this property!

Home was beautiful, clean, and spacious. There were not enough towels and wash clothes to accommodate the entire group so you may need to bring extra.

Very lovely

This property was just beautiful. Everyone enjoyed their time, it was big enough for everyone and my guest was in awe. The only thing we didn't like was the beds upstairs that wasn't twins was small but it didn't stop us from enjoying the rest of the house. I would most definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone that goes to Orlando.
