Excellent Location!
This condo is in an excellent location with access to all 3-Universal Parks within 5-miles. It was about a 10-minute Uber ride which was super convenient since you don't have to manage parking yourself. The building is older and dark; however, the condo had solid security and locks so we felt safe. We played all day and slept at night - only to rinse, wash and repeat for 3-days. This condo was perfect for our stay!

Nice two bedroom condo close to Universal and Sea World
Easy check in, had everything we needed inside. Beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets. The snacks and wine were a nice touch! Thank you!

Universal Studios vacations
We were 4 travelling together, me, my spouse, my 9 years old daughter and my mother in law. As several people had mentioned before, this is not a large apartment. We new it went we booked it and once we got there it was just as expected. We never felt it was an issue since we were out at Universal Studios each days and were there only to eat breakfast and sleep at night. If this is the vacation you are planning, the apartment should be great for your need. If you’re planning on staying in several days, it might be a bit on the small side. The location of the apartment is awesome if you’re planning a Universal Studios vacation. The parks parkings are only 5 minutes away. So we strongly recommend the place for a Universal studios vacations. It would be a much longer drive for the Walt Disney theme parks plus you much likely be caught in traffic in the morning. The apartment was really clean, nothing to say about it! The mattresses are really really soft in both rooms. On our part, we hated it since we are used to sleep on firm mattresses. Also, I don’t think it has something to do with the owner, but the water pressure is just non existant in the showers and even in the kitchen sink. Also, forgot to mention, the outdoor pool was great. Overall, the apartment answered our needs. It was better than a simple hotel since we had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Hope this review helps you understand the property.

The condo was clean and had everything you would need. Perfect location close to everything. We went to Universal on this trip and it was a 5min drive. And even though it is close to everything it is in a quiet area. We had a nice stay.

This cute condo is close to Universal and was just right for my family and I. Checkin and check out was a breeze. All amenities were clean and in working order. We enjoyed our stay there.

Do NOT stay here!
My 3 daughters and I arrived exhausted at midnight after a 17 hour drive. We got our access key from the office and quickly made our way (past inebriated people) into the tower. The interior of this place is old and dingy. We got to our unit and found the door had pry bar dents in it. When I put in the code and turned the handle, the entire locking hardware moved. It was so loose in the door that I could move it a 1/2” in all directions. I should have left right then but I thought maybe I could tighten it from the other side. We entered the tiny unit. I quickly realized that there was no way for me to fix it. My oldest daughter found the patio sliding door (ground floor) would not lock. It had a flimsy aluminum stop bars but even that would pop out because there was a missing screw where it was supposed to rest. At this point we left the unit as we realized it was not safe and could not be secured. We were inside 10 minutes max. It was the middle of the night and we had no place to stay. Fun. I notified the owners at 12:30am then spent the rest of our vacation messaging back and forth with them. They refused to refund our money. They lied saying the unit was secure even though I have video to prove otherwise. They even said there was a hair in the bed/bath implying we stayed when we absolutely did not. The owners are dishonest and go against VRBO’s promise of a secure stay. Do NOT stay here! It is NOT safe! I now have to go through VRBO for a refund. What a headache!

Great Location
Perfect location if you’re visiting Universal multiple days. Apartment was clean and cute… bathrooms are tiny, but it’s not a big deal if you’re just using the apartment as a base to head out and do other things in Orlando. Would definitely stay again.

Great condo for a small group.
Overall this condo was great and if we’re in the area again, we’ll be searching for this unit! I can’t say too many bad things about this condo, the issues were VERY minute. The trim throughout the condo was dirty and 2 outlets in the living room and in the bedroom with two beds didn’t work. Water pressure in the smaller bathroom wasn’t good, so we only used the larger bathroom. A few seasonings and Keurig cups were available to use so that was great, but the pans there aren’t nonstick, so make sure to bring Pam or be prepared to spend extra time cleaning them. Again, the issues were very minute and the host did a great job of decorating and providing basic necessities.

Alabama Graduation Trip
This property was clean and the beds very comfortable. There was plenty of room for myself and three teenagers! Host was very helpful and fast to respond to my questions. The condo is cheerful and bright. While the master shower is on the smaller side, my 6ft plus teenager had no trouble showering comfortably. Only things I could have asked for were different curtains to keep out more sunlight in the morning when we wanted to sleep in a bit. Thank you!

Overall a very nice 2bd/2ba unit. Smelled and appeared very clean. If we can offer a very minor critique, when walking barefoot you can tell the floors needed some attention. But bathrooms bedrooms kitchen tv area all clean. We would definitely go back.

Ok place
Not very large. Shower in master bathroom very small. On ground floor and the curtains were very sheer and see through in common room, a little to open. The WiFi was terrible. The contact person was very nice and responded quickly but even though they were supposed to fix the WiFi nothing changed. Would not stay there again because it was a little aggravating - daughter needed to work some and had a very difficult time. Like I said the contact people were extremely nice but overall slightly underwhelmed by the condo in general.

We had a problem with the cleanliness of the condo upon our arrival, but once we communicated with the host through the app, it was resolved quickly, and she sent us delicious attention :) The condo is comfortable and just minutes away from the Universal parks and stores in the area.
