Muy buena!!
La ubicación de la casa excelente muy cerca del área turística, el área muy tranquila , la comunicación muy buena con la persona creo que el dueño la unica queja es que tienen que ponerse cuidado en la limpieza dejaba mucho que decir la ropa de cama sucia y los utensilios de cocina sucios, pero sin duda si volvería a hospedarme.

We were in this villa recently and it was a pleasure to stay there. Is a gated community, with a clean and quiet neighborhood. You feel absolutely safe there. Solid house, somewhat dated, but fully equipped. Spacious pool terrace with enough seating for 8 people. Wonderfully quiet location with a fantastic view of a water feature and greenery. Owner is someone who responds quickly to questions/comments. About a 20-25 minute walk (and about 8 minutes by car) from a supermarket and some dining options. We would definitely book this villa again on our next visit. Recommended if you want to enjoy a wonderful carefree holiday.

Nice big house but was a little tired inside needs updating decoration and furniture Pool area was a let down block paving was full off weeds and ant hills between the bricks and so needed a good jet wash which would of kept the pool cleaner as you walked in the debris

Decent, but could use upgrades
The place was fine. Had enough bedrooms and bathrooms for us to be comfortable. The place is a bit out dated. We used the kitchen to cook and could have used better kitchen utensils. Also, if you are downstairs and guests are upstairs, you can hear the guests walking around upstairs. The pool alarm is….interesting. I suppose if you have little ones it’s helpful, but with adults it was just annoying with no option to shut it off. With that said, it was a decent value for location and ease of use.

Perfect for our needs!
Upon check in we were pleasantly surprised based on some of the harsh reviews we had seen. A very nice big space for us to relax in and the villa was situated in a quiet and secure community. A nice little welcome pack provided us with some cleaning products and the house was fully stocked with fresh towels for use which was a bonus. Beds were very comfortable and the air con was welcomed greatly. The pool was bigger than we anticipated from the pictures, very clean and had its chemical levels checked by the management team while we were there which was reassuring. We never intended on doing the parks much so we opted to have the pool heated so we could be in it from early morning until night. The only downside was the drought that was happening at the time of our stay as we didn’t get to see any alligators :( though we did see plenty of other wildlife around which was pleasant. Overall a very relaxing stay and definitely would recommend staying here to anyone. Thanks Rick!

Clean but somewhat dated property situated in a lovely, quiet gated community. 20 mins to Disney, 40 mins to airport and easy access to US192 allowing you to avoid the hideous interstate 4.

Great place close to theme parks
We arrived and we're blown away by how nice the house was. The beds were comfortable and there were tvs with cable in each bedroom. The kitchen had everything you could need other than a Keurig, but we used regular coffee grounds, which was perfectly okay. The pool and back patio were great. The location of the property to the local theme parks as well as stores and restaurants was a key feature. We will definitely try to book this property in the future when planning a Disney vacation.

Good Value For Money
We spent hours looking for a property a year out and we thought this fit the bill perfectly. We stay in Vrbos often. The good: location is excellent and very safe. House was surface clean. Lots of space for many people. Good WiFi. Good communication from host. We had to have the toaster and black moldy shower curtain changed which they did quickly. The bad: house is very tired and worn. Needs a thorough cleaning. Pool was dirty. Bare bones rental like they tried to cut every corner. I’m giving it a good star rating because it’s still a good value overlooking the water. But really needs some attention.

Convenient location and nice amenities
Took our grandkids to Disney/Universal and was great having a bedroom for each of us (including daughter in law). Kids loved having the pool at the house. Convenient location and all that we needed. Owner was always responsive when I had questions. A little updating would be nice but I would recommend this for families!

Perfect stay in a very enjoyable villa
Our family of four adults enjoyed the stay in this calm villa very much. The equipment is technically modern (Flatscreen, Freezer, Oven etc.) and the furniture is in an absolute good condition. We could relax perfecty at the outside with the wonderful view in the nature with differents birds and turtles. It is also a good place from where we could visit Walt Disney World. We made also day trips to places as Park de Soto, Bluespring Nationalpark and Merrit Island / Cape Canaveral. We will come back!

Nice place to stay for a group!
This home had more than enough room for 5 adults to stay in. Being from out of town, it was nice to have the gated community. It was about 20-30 away from Disney, depending on traffic. There were some maintenance items that needed to be fixed: lights were out, drain plugging up. I did not get to tell the owner because we were first busy at the Disney Parks and then unfortunatly had a family emergency and had to go home early. This is a nice home, plenty of room, just a few quick fixes to make it better.

Comfortable home - great backyard view
The location of the home in a gated community is great. We especially liked the back yard that overlooked a beautiful pond and wildlife preserve. We saw many unique birds and had an almost daily visit from “Harry” (so named by the owner), a 4-6 foot alligator. The neighborhood is very quiet. As has been mentioned in other reviews, the home is somewhat dated but very nice and homey. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes, utensils, and cookware. A suggested upgrade would be a Keurig or something similar. Paper products, toiletries, and laundry products need to be supplied by the renter. 3 of the bedrooms had only one lamp which weren’t very bright. An additional lamp in each bedroom would be very helpful. Rick, the owner was very responsive and helpful for some questions we had. We arrived the day after Christmas and he had set up a small Christmas tree for us. We would definitely consider staying there again. A minor correction should be made to the directions to the place – when coming off of 192 onto 27 north, modify the directions to say “make a u turn at the McDonalds and head south and turn right onto High Grove…”. You cannot make a left onto High Grove from 27 north coming off of 192.

Awesome place plenty of space and room
Amazing, clean plenty of room. Lack of cleaning supplies ie toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry detergent, dishwasher tabs but not in issue we were able to buy these supplies. Also the garberator didn’t work but that was ok for us as we didn’t really need it
