Bad experience
Unfortunately everything related to my stay was unfavorable. The original house booked was unavailable the week of my visit so we were moved to a new house. Upon arrival to the new house we were not let past the security gate because our name wasn’t listed for the reservation by the rental company. It was 12:30am so I called the emergency line and left messages only to never receive a call back. We then had to get a hotel and call again in the morning to be told nothing can be done until 9am when the office opens. When we finally got into the house there weren’t basic amenities such as toilet paper or soap in the bathrooms. The pool water level was low and had to be filled and one tv didn’t work and another had parental locks we couldn’t bypass. All we were offered was a refund for one night of the rental which didn’t cover the cost of our hotel stay due to an error on their part. I emailed the property in regards to the one night not covering the hotel stay and. Never received a response. Overall horrible experience.

Drake Family Stay
The property was perfect for our needs! A short drive to Disney World. The themed rooms were a huge bonus that made it seem like we were staying at a Disney property but much more cost effective and spacious. The private pool was great and the water park was a nice way to spend the afternoon of our break day. There were plenty of towels and pillows which is a rare find with rentals. My only complaint (which is really not even a complaint but more of a mental note from a mother of accident prone young boys) is that the glass tables made me very nervous. I have a toddler and a four year old and both had close calls with the corners of the tables. So when the time comes to replace those tables, maybe consider a safer option? But that is very specific to our family and might not bother anyone else. And it definitely will not deter me from booking with you in the future!

Perfect location and a family's dream!
If you're headed to Disney but want to stay off property, this location was incredible! The swimming pool and hot tub were big hits with my kids, there's plenty of space in the house, the themed rooms are to die for, and the gaming extras were the icing on the cake!

Great place Nice pool everything clean The only thing the gas grill ran out of gas the first day I was informed they do not supply gas only the grill.she told me it was a four minute walk to the seven eleven to get it filled. I was not going to lug a 20 lb tank down the street. We did'nt really care if we had a grill it just seemed a little wierd.

Awesome house
We stayed at this house with another family, total of 8 people, for a Disney vacation. The house was clean, comfortable and the location was great (about 30 minutes from the airport and 20 to all the parks). It was close to stores like Target, Walmart and Publix. Having a house with a full kitchen, laundry room and private pool was well worth the investment. The resort's water park was awesome and the restaurants at the resort were convenient and food was pretty good. Staff was very friendly. I would highly recommend this house/resort.

Family vacation
The house was beautiful. But all the tv’s didn’t work correctly no direct tv was hooked up as stated and no communication from rental property after several calls! Washing machine didn’t work which was known before our arrival but not relayed to us and when called they stated that it would be fixed once we were gone, which was a problem so after being on a call for over 45 minutes, a loaner was brought in. Also the air conditioner in the garage didn’t work, but they finally came and fixed it. The men who came to fix what they could were very nice.

Beautiful Place
The house was wonderful. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen and big room were great. The pool was heated and nice to relax in. The house has wonderful amenities/games for kids in garage. Great food at the club up the street. We didn’t use the waterpark but it looked amazing. Highly recommend the place. Only a couple of complaints. Not clear on address of where to check in. You have to go to office inside neighborhood and you have to figure out address of security entry. Also, they are not the managers of the house, that’s a different group. You are not really on the bus route of Disney busses, you get a shuttle which would take forever but driving the rental car worked fine. They have very limited supplies. You need to buy coffee, spices, toilet paper, paper towels etc. There was only a third of a roll of toilet paper in baths.

Broken stove, microwave, pool etc😩
Beautiful location but the property has not been kept up. We have 3 little kids and bought groceries to save money on meals out- literally why we rented a house. The stove AND microwave were broken. We ended up eating out and having groceries that were spoiled due to unable being able to cook. It took 5 days to repair the stove and we didn’t get the microwave until the afternoon before we left. We paid for a heated pool that was not heated until day 3.. and it was either overflowing or the hot tub was draining. Also the backyard looks over a highway. The number to call simply goes to a Spanish speaking voicemail. It was so disappointing because the encore resort was lovely and the bedrooms were so fun for kids. But all of are calls went unanswered and for the price we paid we feel it was very misleading as we did not get all the accommodations promised.

The property and overall resort looked exactly how it was described. The resort staff were super nice and always had smiles. The only downside while staying in the rental house was that jacuzzi was not operational.

Very nice resort , a few flaws
Good location to encore water park. Water park at resort very nice. Don’t count on shuttle service to Disney parks. Very limited transfer times. Pick ups elsewhere, and traffic Adds to time on shuttle. Ran 45 mins late the morning we scheduled. Not easy with 4 kids. We used taxi. Mowers came through on Friday, blew grass into pool. Maybe my bad, but didn’t feel the need for heated pool in July, didn’t realize the Pool and spa flow into each other, therefore didn’t have “hot” tub. Grill on site, didn’t work. House nice.
