Milton Evacuation Stay
We booked this to evacuate our home for Milton. The place was spacious and comfortable for our family. My recommendation to the property owner to update the check in instructions. It does not list the gate code to access the property and does not include the unit number, so we had to wait for a response before we could get into the unit. Property owner was very accommodating and helpful when we had concerns we couldn’t be able to get back to our home.

Most uncomfortable Bed
The place was wonderful except for the beds. No top sheets and hard as a rock. My body ached after sleeping on 1night. We went home early so that we didn’t have to sleep on those beds another night.

Spacious
We were there for the Boys volleyball tournament and the location of the condo was perfect. The condo was clean and it smelled good. There was so much room! It ended up being just three of us, but I think you could easily fit two families of four or less in the bedrooms and extra space. It may need a little more furniture for that though. The place was comfortable. It's been lived in. It has normal wear and tear, but that didn't bother us a bit. Beds could use an upgrade and the patio could use a cleaning. Would like to have seen a Keurig and an air fryer, but those are just personal opinions. Didnt have much communication with the owner, but didnt really feel like we needed it. We were provided all the information we needed prior to check in. I would absolutely stay here again. It was a great space.

Uncomfortable and Concerning
I rented this unit for 4 nights because we were in town for the AAU volleyball tournament at the Convention Center which is a stone's throw from Vista Cay. While we always enjoy our stay in this complex, the unit we rented was disappointing to say the least. The owners had sent all the rental information but the one thing they didn't list was the unit number we rented so getting into the unit started off with a challenge. So many concerns but here is the list I sent to the property manager halfway through our visit: 1. Both showers in both bathrooms need to be cleaned with bleach or mildew remover. Both are uncomfortably dirty. 2. The toilet seat in the master bathroom is very loose and needs to be fixed 3. The washing machine is stuck on rise and spin and there is no way to change the settings to normal wash 4. The temperature controls need to be adjusted so the unit does not default to 67 degrees. I have gotten up multiple times to raise the temperature to 74 and it continues to reset to 67. 5. The keypad for the lock on the door does not work properly and we have been using the keys the whole time 6. The door handle to the front door needs to be tightened from the inside. It is very loose and concerning 7. Can not seem to get the tvs to work or to reset/logout of any smart channels like netflix,disney, etc. The response from the owner or property manager was they were going to come by the next day to address our concerns. They never showed up. I would say hard pass.

I will never stay at this condo again. Dirty throw blankets, old old bathroom linens, miscellaneous kitchen utensils thrown in any drawer. Washer barely works. Did not receive the unit number or lock combination prior to arrival.

Great Location
The location worked out great for us. Close to resort pool, walking distance to Publix, short drive to aquatic center. The property needs some maintenance on 2nd king bed, additional linens, and the washer and dishwasher fixing. The check in process was easy and messages with the host were answered promptly during our stay.

Great Choice
The property is beautiful. Clean and delivered as promised. The only minor complaint is the spa did not work part of the time and the bed in the master is getting close to the end. Both are minor issues and this property deserves a 5 star rating. It is big, well located and well maintained. I am coming back in Feb with my family so I am hoping to rent this unit again. Very Happy!

Could be better
The overall resort is nice and well kept. I didn’t have a room number prior to check in so I had to contact the property manager. The property was not very clean and smelled like cigarettes. All of kitchen utensils and dishes were not clean and the home has ants.The beds were very uncomfortable and the property has a lot of small cosmetic damages. The property does have plenty of room and spacious and the area is nice but for the price the property needs to be updated and should have been in a lot better condition. Finally we decided to leave early the night before because someone on the floor above was playing loud music after 11pm so we decided to leave early.

Time to Update Your Villa
We stayed at Vista Cay because my son’s volleyball team stays there. You roll the dice when you book. This particular unit had many things that are in need of fixing and replacement. When my husband sat on the edge of the bed, it tipped. All beds were flimsy and on wheels. Lamps were tilted. Lightbulbs were burned out. Mold in the shower. The sofa headrest was broken. One of the bedrooms had a broken window. Lots of patched holes in the walls. No ceiling fans. Very random dishes, etc. in kitchen.

Perfect Location & Amenities
We came for cheer competition at the OCCC. Its location was perfect. It was spacious, clean and we could not have been more pleased! We had a great location to Universal, disney springs, many shops and delicious restaurants. The property grounds are gorgeous with lots if wild life. The pool was wonderful and clean. We will be staying here again!

Great getaway
The property was exactly as described. It was a very comfortable stay for my family. The ability to bring our dogs is so important to us, so we truly appreciate hosts like Hananya who open their properties to dogs! The Vista Cay resort and location is really ideal from our perspective, and is such a nice alternative to staying at a hotel. The lake and path around it are so peaceful, and offer a nice tranquil balance against the chaos of days spent at the amusement parks.
