"Loved our stay in this beautiful home. Was pleasantly surprised. Host Mike was awesome. Very attentive and responded quickly to our emails. This property was well equipped. We needed nothing. Location on phillips lake was a plus. It is only a 45 minute ride to Bar Harbor and Acadia national park.. we are hoping to come back in the summer"

"In Maine visiting UMaine Orono. Property had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. House had plenty of room, 2nd floor bed was comfortable. Close to campus, restaurants, and the view of the lake was lovely. Some aesthetic aspects of the home appeared unfinished/in progress, but this did not negatively affect our stay. Thank you!!"

"Conveniently located near MMA. Nicely equipped, clean house. So appreciate that the house is pet friendly. Sometimes worry that pet friendly places will smell like dog ( pet friendly hotel rooms are the worst). Not this house. Very well maintained. Yard and rocky beach are beautiful. Very easy check-in. Loved the back deck, stargazing at night was beautiful. Lots of wildlife; saw deer every evening and an eagle. Thank you for a great family stay. "

"We had a wonderful stay at the Overlook. The view was fantastic, use of kayaks & fire pit was great & we totally relaxed with our pup. The only thing we could have used was info on where the transfer station was, how to get the bedroom TV to work (we figured it out, though) & a starter roll of paper towels. Aside from these minute issues, this is a wonderful cabin to escape to! I’d definitely stay here again! "

"Everything about this property is above and beyond expectations. Location is just 5 mins from the Bangor Rd. There are 2 houses to rent if you like. We rented the larger house with all of the comforts of home. Very spacious outside space & parking, three bedrooms with plenty of bedding, lots of comfortable seating, incredibly equipped kitchen, great deck and water front, kayaks ++, loons too. "This was a great little place! 4 bedrooms, a fire pit, lots of dishes available. The general location is pretty central, with easy access to highways and the mall. The street is not the easiest to access, unfortunately. The floors were pretty squeaky, and the front downstairs mattress was not the most comfortable.
