"Wir waren von der Unterkunft begeistert. Sehr familienfreundlich. Mit Spielraum für klein und groß, Schwimmbad und Sauna. Tolle und qualitativ hochwertige Ausstattung der Zimmer. Tolle Raumaufteilung, sehr sauber, schöne Aussischt. Auch Ski-Set konnte man sich vor Ort zu fairen Preisen ausleihen. Wir waren rundum sehr zufrieden und kommen bestimmt wieder."

"Kommunikation mit den Besitzern der Unterkunft und die Unterkunft an sich war perfekt Jedoch haben manche Heizkörper nicht funktioniert. Die Duschtasse im Erdgeschoss war nach außen nicht dicht, daher war der Boden leider immer Nass. Im Großen und Ganzen kann ich die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen "

"Pæn ny lejlighed tæt midt i byen. Gode senge, skidepot og parkering🏡Ikke langt fra pister og lækker🎿⛷️Der var dog koldt i lejligheden uden mulighed for at skrue op for varmen❄️"

"Super Gastgeber. Immer bemüht uns die beste Erfahrung möglich zu machen. Als bei uns die Sauna ausfiel, bekamen wir die Möglichkeit eine andere zu benutzen. Bei kleinen Fragen oder Problemen konnte man sich immer and die Gastgeber wenden und hat schnell Hilfe erhalten. Die Einrichtung war für uns gemütlich und in der Küche war so ziemlich alles aufzufinden. Der Whirlpool war wohl für uns alle das Highlight. All in all für uns ein Top Urlaub und gerne wieder."

"Schönes Naturhotel mit stimmigen Details und klarer Einrichtung. Zentral gelegen und gut zu erreichen mit ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten. Große Zimmer. Der Zimmerservice und ein Teil des Personals hat leider nicht immer die Erwartungen erfüllt, die das Hotel an sich selbst stellt. Schade auch, dass es Abends keine "frischen" Tagessuppen gab. Aber sonst gerne wieder. "

Good hotel but awful customer service

"The hotel is nice but I had a terrible experience as a customer. I had a reservation from 22/02 until 24/02. I had to arrive late at the hotel due to personal reasons and I had not seen that I had to call in advance so that they can prepare a late arrival. The check-in time limit was 18:00 and I called them around 21:30 to ask if the restaurant was still open, and to my surprise they told me that not only the restaurant was closed, but so was the hotel. They also told me that 1) it was not possible to open it because there was nobody there; 2) I had to find another place to stay that night and 3) it would be out of my own pocket. I told the lady that I had a child with me, and she just said to me: "this is not my problem". After further discussions she was able to provide a room for that night in another hotel just across the street. She also told me that it was not possible to get my original room that night because it had been already sold to somebody else. What really amazes me is why they did not call me to ask if I was going to arrive late, given that I was not there before 18:00. They simply did nothing and sold my room to another person. If they had not done that, we could make an arrangement to get the keys for the apartment, or even they could have left it hidden somewhere, but of course this was not possible as the room was occupied. "
