When we arrived there was no running water. We called our contact, Jason, who walked us through turning the water and hot water heater back on. Had to let the water run for a while to get rid of the bad smell/taste. Also, the bowls of all the toilets were scummed over and there were dead mosquitoes littering the sinks, bathtubs and floors. It was obvious the property had sat empty for some time. Had to buy purchase supplies and clean before being able to use bathrooms. On the plus side, Jason responded promptly. The bedroom linens and bathrooms towels were clean. There was plenty of room for our extended family of nine. We enjoyed the remainder of our stay. I have to say, though, when you are charged a substantial cleaning fee, you would expect the property to be clean when you arrive.
