Very prompt response to our request for new light bulbs (my husband and I are readers). The beach was glorious with soft sand and no weeds. Couldn't have ordered better weather. "Overall the house was very cute! There were a couple of issues though. There was only a/c in the living room. There was also a leak in the living room ceiling. However the owners were kind in refunding one days rent because of this. The response time on email was not great and the floors were dirty to the point that our socks were black and we were wearing flip flops in the house. "Using the keycode to access the cottage was easy and it had everything that we needed for few days of relaxation. With the local restaurants being so close, It was easy to pick up meals and snacks for the cottage. The property has a nice beach just three steps from the deck stairs and the sand berms on both sides of the resort give it a feel of privacy from the rest of the beach. Best of all is the resort bring pet friendly to be able to bring our dog along with us."

"Our stay was very comfortable. The cabin has a modern decor and updated interior. We had great conversations around the campfire with others staying on the property. Nicely situated between East Tawas and Oscoda for easy access to the area's many attractions. The only drawback was the lack of a thorough job by the cleaning crew. We made no contact with the Guest Contact/Property Manager. - reason for the 1 star."

"We stayed for three nights for an anniversary getaway and couldn’t be happier. The cabin was clean and cozy and the view was unbeatable. We spent a lot of time in the cabin reading and it was perfectly comfortable for the two of us.
