Hot tub wasn't too far away and worked perfectly, and the bedrooms were comfortable with good beds and pillows. Host was very responsive and checked in often to ensure our stay was comfortable. "There are so many rooms in this house that it’s a great space for the money. But it is exactly as pictured several moths ago with very sparse furnishings. And it seems to be the only occupied house in a neighborhood of 200+ others under construction. But it served our group’s purposes."
