"Villa Casciano is a superb property, expertly designed and maintained (a big well done to Brian for the restoration and to Andy, the friendly property manager!). "The house is spacious and well kept. You have to deal a bit with the more “free mood” of stuff laying around in the house and outside. But maybe that makes the charme. It is like staying at a friends home… you also have to deal with a lot of dog noises in the neighbourhood, but that is normal in the “out-back” of Marche."

"Prima huis maar wat tegenviel was het feit dat het ( vrij kleine ) zwembad gedeeld moest worden met de gasten van het aanpalende huurhuis. Hier is niets over terug te vinden in de advertentie. Wij hadden geluk dat onze buren geen gebruik maakten van het zwembad maar als dat wel zo was geweest waren er veel te weinig stoelen en ligbedden aanwezig! Graag dus aanpassing in de advertentie op VRBO!"

"The house was once well built. The rooms are spacious. The ocean View is beautiful --it would be better if the dead tree branches were trimmed. The team was supportive and friendly. But the odor comes from sofas and carpets and every where like you are in a second hand clothing store. The mattresses are sagging and should really be replaced; bedspreads smell. Kitchen is made of cheap materials and really feels shabby. The pool water was not cleaned until the last day of our stay. It really needs...

"Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 adulti e 4 bambini. Casa ben tenuta, grande e in linea con le foto pubblicate. Ci siamo goduti moltissimo la piscina e la zona cucina. Bella settimana immersi nel verde e nella pace. Unica pecca, materassi e cuscini scomodi. "
