"A wonderful cottage and a very nice interior. Ric as a host was absolutely easygoing und caring. Any request he answered within shortest time, which made us feel welcome and looked after very well. The cottage is very spacious and it was a terrific idea to change one of the former bedrooms into a huge bathroom. Heating and fireplace was working perfectly. "The whole family loved the pool and enjoyed the tennis court. Using the cottages for 4 people means that 2 people in the attic look down on the 2 below. The Wi-Fi in Oast did not work. We said this but it was not made good as promised. (This is trivial) The family loved it and would book again. The online listing did not say how good the pool is."

"Debs flat in Hythe was great, just as described. The location was wonderful, the sea was just across the street. The flat was spacious, clean, and well heated, with comfortable beds and nice amenities. The neighbors upstairs could occasionally be noisy late at night. Light sleeper you will be fine with earplugs. Debs and Phil were easy to contact and helpful in every way. We would be happy to stay here again. "

"So peaceful and quiet and everything has been so well thought out. The bed was so comfy, and the addition of the electric heater in the bathroom was perfect; it made the hop over the to the toilet in the middle of the night bearable. It’s open year round so we’ll definitely be back when it’s colder and we can have the fire going! Wendy was absolutely lovely when we arrived and our daughter made a new friend in her wonderful dog."

"We spent a week at Penn Court Estate, it was the perfect get away for our family holiday this year. The cottages are lovely and well equipped, comfy beds, good living spaces and plenty of bathrooms. The estate is very secure, quite and pretty, the children in our group had a wonderful time running through the trees and playing in the very clean pool. It was great, the pool opening times 10am-5:30pm really helped us manage the children’s and made for a very relaxing break. We didn’t venture out...
