"Wow! Those were the first words out of our mouths when we arrived. Judy and her family had done such a wonderful job thinking of everything (from leaving notes and directions and a thoughtful cottage care package). The location is awesome. Nice and quiet and close to the small towns of Picton and Bath, but close enough to Napanee and Kingston. Being right on the water is amazing. Will definitely think about maybe bringing a boat next time to explore more. The cottage is cozy and lots of sleeping...

Easy access for manoeuvring our 24ft snowmobile trailer. OFSC Snowmobile Trail 179 was right out front. Hot tub was great! Beds were comfy. Very clean and comfortable. "The inside of this property contained everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Kitchen utensils/gadgets, seasonings, coffee/selection of herbal teas, foil and even bug spray. The cottage was incredibly clean and there were plenty of linens provided. Outdoor amenities were a disappointment but management was willing to discuss and compensate us for the watercraft rental when we weren’t able to use the (inflatable) kayak. "The full season cottage was a wonderful, peaceful retreat. The property is secluded, and quiet. The fully equipped cottage had everything we needed. Six Adults (3 couples) stayed for a weekend, we slept very comfortably. One bedroom on each floor. We also had a small senior dog. We brought our own dog bed, and he enjoyed his stay and the property as well. There is a long unpaved driveway with plenty of parking. "We needed a place to stay on the way to Kingston, ON. We spent a night at the property. There were 6 of us and our dog; we were comfortable and enjoyed the charming living room. We had dinner and breakfast in the kitchen. Everything was clean and worked well. "
