"The house has a very large open living room upstairs, plenty of bedrooms for us. The backyard is large, although most of it fairly steep slope towards the lake. The lake was up several feet when we stayed, so the beach in the photos was under water. Pella is a 7-8 minute drive away. Overall we liked the property."

"The pictures don't do this place justice. The house is clean, spacious, and has everything you need. We loved sitting on the huge deck and took advantage of the very clean, heated pool. The host was very responsive to our questions and needs. The only suggestion would be putting some darker curtains on the windows in the upstairs bedrooms, the sun had us up pretty early. Overall this was the perfect place for our girl's weekend and we would definitely stay again!"

"Awesome little cabin for long weekend away, but still big enough for our family of 6. Kids loved being able to walk out the door and fish the river. We really enjoyed the screened in porch. "We really enjoyed our vacation! The pool and the pontoon we rented were the best! The house was nice . Struggled with the hot water, the kitchen wasn't really fully stocked. I would have brought things had I known. I hated having to drive to get more supplies, more toilet paper, kleenex, cork screw, more garbage bags. Things that should have come with the rental! We all loved the pool and fire pit. The house was clean and plenty of room."
