DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOME!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU....
I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with the managers of this property. On the day of our check-in, we were informed that our reserved property was unavailable due to a water leak—understandable, things happen, no big deal. They offered us an alternative property, which turned out to be run-down and clearly not booked for a reason. After declining, we were told another home would be available the next night, but they left us to find our own accommodation for that evening. We were on a five-hour drive and had already been traveling for 12 hours! I asked if we could stay at the run down property just for one night until the other home became available, but shockingly, they refused—just to avoid paying for two cleaners! THEY DID NOT CARE ABOUT US!!!! Instead of working with us, literally left us out in the cold. As a past proprietor of several short-term rentals, I’m absolutely stunned at how this company handled the situation. Every time I’ve had an issue with one of my properties, I prioritized my guests' satisfaction and make sure they’re taken care of—especially when it's not their fault. This company clearly lacks that standard and shows no regard for the customer. If you’re looking for reliable service from someone who cares, LOOK ELSEWHERE!! I have never left anyone a bad review, ever, that is not who I am a person or businessman. I am epowered by writing this reveiw. RUN AWAY FOR THIS HOME OR ANY HOME MANAGED BY ***VACATION RENTAL COLECTIVE***

Excellent location
Great location with ample space for family of 5. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and market. Safe area with really nice neighbors. Property could use a little face lift as the furniture and decor a bit dated but it was affordable. My only issue was that all cabinets in the kitchen were full of stuff and we had to leave all the food we brought on the counter. That being said, it was a great stay and I was super grateful for the travel size toiletries and kitchen supplies as they came in handy! View from master bedroom balcony was the cherry on top!

Classic three-story townhome layout that easily accommodated six adults with privacy. Nice location, only a few blocks to the main street, and a jumping off place for Ouray area activities.

Ouray gem in town
This was a great stay for our group of friends, easily walkable to the main street for restaurants and shops. Clean and quiet, very well equipped kitchen as we did group dinners and had plenty of pots, pans, utelnsils and dishes.

I would definitely stay here again. It's in the perfect location. A minute or two walk to the stores and restaurants. The house does need some updating. We had to wash the tablecloth first thing cause it had animal hair all over it. Overall a great stay. Thank you.

Comfortable large home for family gathering on the river.
Clean, good location, beautiful back yard off the deck on the River..sleeps 8 comfortably. Trundle bed in loft with dresser,closet and portable privacy screen sleeps 2. Plus 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Would stay again.

Ouray Condo
Spacious 3 bedroom condo on 3 levels, located in a quiet neighborhood in central Ouray. Feels very safe. The views are unmatchable. Unlimited outdoor activities are nearby including Ouray hot springs. Amenities were excellent, nothing lacking. The property manager was exceptional when responding to a locked door problem. She took immediate action. I couldn’t fit my pickup in the garage as the owner was using more than half the depth of the garage for storage. We wish there were grab handles in the showers. Don’t be alarmed at the appearance from the outside, the owner seems to be replacing siding and right now it’s a mishmash of colors. We wish the screen size of the main floor TV was larger, text was difficult to read from the other side of the room. All said, this was a very pleasant stay in one of the most beautiful locations in Colorado.

This property was just right for 6 college boys and 1 parent. It was less than 200 off of main street. The owners were very reponsive during the booking and check in process, and made sure everything was just right for the stay. We had deer in the back yard in the evening, and the boys had a great time having snowball fights and playning in the snow. We would very much stay again when revisiting the area.

Great place to stay
The townhouse was perfect for our family of 6. We had plenty of comfortable room. The kitchen was well stocked. The location was perfect..we were able to walk to the Hot Springs, shopping and restaurants, and hiking. We loved being able to sit by the river in the backyard and then listen to it as we were falling asleep. We had an amazing week!

Property was perfect size for our family. Had really everything we needed. Faucet in kitchen and first floor bathroom drip. Heat is difficult to regulate. My daughter said thermostat on 3rd floor does not work. I found that the thermostat on the first floor was also unreliable.

Great location and perfect size
We loved the location and the 3 bdrm, 3 bath layout.. However it needs updating. The oven worked sporadically, it kept shutting off. The floor mat in the kitchen is awful and needs to go! We had to launder the bath mat upstairs and the dining room table cloth first thing. The patio table hadn’t been cleaned. The back door screen had long slits like an animal had tried to get in or out. The manager came by and was very pleasant. She cleaned the patio table and had the screen fixed.

Family Ouray trip
Had a blast at this property. Great location close to town, hot springs, and the park, amongst other things. Wonderful back yard along the river which also is so pleasant to listen to throughout the day and night, very relaxing. Property managers were quick to respond with any questions or issues, we appreciated all the help! Highly recommend.

Excellent in all ways!
This property was perfect for what we were looking for. The listing was accurate, and host was responsive, and the location can’t be beat. The kitchen was well stocked with tools, the bedding was ample, and there were enough towels for our whole party, with a few extras. It is within walking distance to all Ouray’s best amenities, and there was ample parking, with the city lot for oversized vehicles right down the road. I hope to stay here again when we return to Ouray!

Great location along the river
This rental exceeded my expectations and was the perfect location for our family to celebrate 4th of July holiday. The location is a short walk from the park, hot springs, restaurants and shops. The best part was relaxing along the river each evening and looking up at the beautiful mountain range.
