"The villa was good with amenities, great pool area, and excellent location. The kitchen and bath were set up and clean. Carpet in stairwell and bedroom could use attention or just replace. The villas are not "fancy" but neither is Ocracoke. We didn't see any bikes available but there are options to rent or take the free tram/golf cart around. And the internet wifi was not accessible when we were there. We never interacted with the host, but we checked in fine and never needed anything. I think...

"The room was not ready when we arrived. I called the front office and after 15 minutes they informed me that the cleaning staff was done and we could go up. After carrying all of our stuff upstairs we saw the cleaning staff still finishing up the room so we waited. 30 minutes later we were finally about to enter the room. Had we been informed that it wouldn’t be ready for another hours ahead of time we wove just the beach."
