"Prior to check in, I had been in contact with the host earlier in the day letting him now our time of arrival into Kelowna. He told us the information to get buzzed in to the building but then when we got there we tried over and over to call him and he just fell off the face of the earth. We stood outside in 40 degrees for an hour before he finally let us in to the building. Also for anyone planning to stay here please expect long elevator delays - it seems like most of the building are rental...

"Hodges lake house was the perfect space for our family of 10. There was plenty of space and great bedrooms and main floor common area. Kids, grandparents, adults and dog all had a great time enjoying the hot tub, fire, patio and kitchen. Kitchen was stocked incredibly well and we made for great meals together. If you are in the area, highly recommend visiting the Kangaroo farm and Davidson orchard in Vernon. "

"The cottage was roomy for our family. The kitchen was equipped well enough to prepare and enjoy meals together. There was a good supply of cleans towels and linens. It was handy to have laundry facilities when travelling with wee ones. The community was quiet to enjoy autumn walks with the little ones. "We stayed at this property in May with a group of ladies and it was such a lovely stay! Such beautiful views, we loved staring at the water during the day and sitting around the fire table at night. The only thing that I could see being an issue is that the house is quite loud/creaky with the wood floors (bring ear plugs if you need them!) but it wasn’t too big of a deal for our group. We still had the best time at this property and would definitely stay again. Feels like a relaxing/secluded...
