"We were underwhelmed by the home. On the positive, lovely historic home in great proximity to everything. Negative, house smells of pet urine, carpets had urine stains, kitchen floor was disgusting, utensils needed to be washed before using, dishwasher had food in the bottom. No dish washer detergent was provided. The back porch needs power washing and repair. There is no hot tub or jetted tub as advertised. It is a duplex… not a single family home "

It was better than the what the photos portrayed and was perfect for two people (plus my daughter the night before the wedding). The owner was very gracious and we will definitely stay there again if it's available. "

"What a great trip! Our first trip to the Eastern Shore and it won't be out last. What a terrific VRBO. It had everything we needed and more. Loved the historic home. Our host, Elizabeth, was attentive and welcoming. We will be back to Cape Charles and we will return to this home. The location was centrally located and we enjoyed our walks to the beach and to the main street area. Can't recommend more highly!"
