"Very nice location for quiet stay in St.Martin. Rental Car is a must. Drive from the airport at rush hour (4 to 6 PM) will exceed a hour for just under 9 miles. Hostess Sabrina met us at the villa and provided an excellent tour of the property and advice on locations to visit. Check out was easy as well. "Perfect Villa for our family of 6 adults and one 4 year old. Housekeeper Catherine does a great job maintaining the Villa and is also a wonderful chef. She prepared and served a four course Thanksgiving dinner that we all loved. A few problems with air conditioning and the hot tub were handled by the property manager Pierre as well as could be expected. Villa needs to upgrade beach chairs but otherwise is very well equipped.
