Amazing!

The house was stunning. We took a group of 10 with us and all had plenty of space, large rooms and comfortable beds. The pool was fantastic with the most beautiful view. We will be back and would love to stay at the Villa Funtime again.

Villa Fantastic

We had 8 on the trip from the US and UK. The villa has everything and is treated like a hotel stay with multiple cleanings and fresh flowers and Villa Fantome gift bags and carry totes in each room. There is Villa Fantome branding throughout and story book of its history. The house is beautifully decorated with great art work and art coral coffee table pieces. The interior and exterior architecture is exquisite and the flooring is a beautiful marble throughout and the bedding and towels are 5 star hotel. Beautiful sitting spaces throughout and very spacious. High end furniture throughout. The pool and pool chases are a wonderful home escape for the chill days. The views are fantastic throughout the villa. The closest town Phillipsburg has great shopping restaurants and a very nice beach just ten mins drive. We did a private catamaran trip and had private Chef Laura do a dinner at the villa. Great place and island. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Home and View!

Gabi has created a beautiful home! Very nice kitchen, baths, beds, well stocked, lovely home! Daryl and staff are very friendly and accommodating. Great attention to detail, Gabi provides a great guest experience! Truly enjoyed the photo book, amazing transformation from the storms.

Beautiful home

The house was absolutely beautiful with an amazing view. There were so many amenities it felt like you were staying at a hotel. We stayed for 10 days so the house was cleaned three times. I highly recommend staying here.

February stay at Villa Fantome

We spent a week with 8 friends in Sint Maarten and stayed at Villa Fantome. The property was better than advertised. It really was a beautiful villa and the views were spectacular. The property manager, Daryl, was a pleasure to work with and the owner even connected us with a private chef to come in and cook for us one evening. It was an experience we won’t forget and I would definitely rent this property again in the future.

Paradise found

Villa is everything it claims to be. Beautiful property, views, and great "jumping off" location to orient beach and other areas of interest. Only drawbacks were (1)the non-heated pool but that wasn't promised. It was very windy the weeks we were there (end of january) And (2) it wasn't an easy walk to beach. That said, it is an amazing property and the owners and villa manager are very easy to access.

A Wonderful Chritmas Stay!

We had a wonderful time- Gabi and the property manager are both very easy to work with and super helpful. We had no issues with our stay. The furnishings are clean and modern and everything is exactly as described in the listing! Highly recommend.

**Unforgettable Family Stay at Villa Fantome**

Our family of 11 spanning three generations had an incredible week at Villa Fantome, celebrating two birthdays and our annual vacation. Gabi and her husband, the owners, were exceptionally attentive from start to finish, ensuring seamless communication and providing valuable tips through the property directory for exploring beautiful Sint Maarten. The villa's breathtaking views from every level and tranquil ambiance made it the perfect retreat. It's by far the best-stocked rental we've experienced, with every detail considered, including pantry items left by previous guests—a thoughtful touch that minimized waste. Daryl, the house manager, was like family to us, warmly welcoming us and promptly addressing any needs. He even cut fresh coconuts from the front yard, a highlight for the kids who also enjoyed catching hermit crabs just outside the door at night. Navigating the island posed a challenge initially with our original transportation company, but Daryl quickly introduced us to Wilfrid, who became our trusted guide. Wilfrid's familiarity with the island's roads and his warm personality made every journey safe and enjoyable. His local insights added depth to our exploration. Our first trip to Sint Maarten was a hit with the whole family, creating cherished memories and a longing to return. Villa Fantome and its hosts made our vacation truly special. Villa Fantome was fantastic!!!

Thank you so much for allowing us to be apart of the Dawn Estate Experience! The house was magnificent. From the decor to the spectacular views.I don’t think there was nothing that I could complain about.Although the power went out a few times in the day…I would still do it all again!!!

Beautiful home with Beautiful View

Villa Fantome was the most beautiful home, on the inside as well as the outside. The views are stunning, the infinity pool is just perfect and the sea breeze was fabulous! The inside of the home is beautifully decorated and the supplies provided from coffee to ziplock bags to so many other items too numerous to mention, were most appreciated! We were also so thankful for the souvenir beach bags and the fresh flowers. Thank you Gabi for the excellent communication! You made planning this trip so much easier. Thank you Daryl for the escort to the Villa and the many other behind the scenes care you provided. My family were all so very happy to spend their vacation at such a gorgeous home. We would love to return in the future.

Paradise for a week with friends.

Our group of 12 were so excited to walk through the door of this beautiful property after many months of planning. The house fit our needs perfectly, 6 bedrooms each with a private bathroom worked well for our 6 couples. Dinners with tons of laughs around the huge kitchen island. Yoga in the livingroom one morning, coffee and a book on the balcony taking in the magnificent view. Many of our group got up early most morning to check out the sunrises. The few questions we had were answered quickly by Gabi and Daryl. I would highly recommend this property! Thanks for having us.

Our group of 11 had an absolute amazing time here! The house was clean and just as pictured, the house manager and cleaning crew did a wonderful job whenever we were away for the day! Felt safe in the neighborhood and enjoyed local restaurants. Will say the road traveling to the French side was pretty rough, but very minor detail! A great trip all around!

Perfection

For context, I am also a host, and travel frequently and almost always stay in STR. This is one of the best, if not the best property I have ever had the pleasure to stay. The property looks exactly like the photos. There is nothing you could need or want that has not been thought of in this home. We cooked almost daily and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make wonderful meals. The bedrooms are all spacious with comfortable beds, great water pressure and stunning views from each and every one. The whole place is meticulously thought out at every step and immaculately clean. The pool is absolutely perfect and the view is just magical. We walked down to Dawn beach just below the house one day, spent one day at Anse Marcel and another at Orient Bay. Somehow each beach even prettier than the last. We chartered a boat with CaptainJo and went to Anguilla one day, which I highly recommend. We did chef services with Fabulous Feasts for brunch 2 morning and dinner with chef Romaine one evening. We love having a chef come to the home on our trips and these 2 did not disappoint. Darryl was incredibly helpful and available at all times to ensure we our trip was excellent. Gabi was super responsive and gave us all the amazing recommendations we used to make our trip memorable. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Empty Nesters Getaway

Amazing stay at Villa Fantome! We had a great balance of enjoying the luxuries of the villa and exploring the island. We did a private boat charter which allowed us to visit Pinel and other remote islands at St Martin. We hired a steel drum band one evening and we had more fun and laughs than we ever could have imagined. We had a couple cars so we made some trips to some beaches and dinner as well. When we were at the villa we took advantage of all the beautiful rooms and their views— swimming, dancing, playing cards. The only thing that went wrong was the internet went out one of our last evenings and the men were disappointed they missed the NCAA basketball games. But just as Gabi mentioned, the property manager was there on the spot trying his best to remedy the problem. Gabi and the Villa staff go above and beyond to be sure you have a great vacation!

Beautiful home with incredible views! Large and spacious for a big family of 12+1 child. Incredible hospitality and very responsive to questions! Loved the location with walk to Dawn beach and the new JW Marriott. Loved the views with my nespresso on the balcony every morning. Also watched a hummingbird outside of the kitchen window. Beautiful!

Villa Fantome is Paradise

We spent 8 beautiful days in this gorgeous villa with stunning views from every room. Short stroll to Dawn Beach taking in the beautiful scenery. Pool overlooking the ocean was so relaxing. Definitely would go back!!! Property manager was super attentive and owner was quick to respond. We arrived feeling most welcomed and at home. All the special touches made it amazing.
