"We stayed for a long weekend in November. We enjoyed sitting out on the front porch with our morning coffee and again to see the evening sunset. We had several events to attend in downtown Pensacola and were in walking to distance to many of them. We had everything we needed and the place was immaculate. "This condo is just about perfect. Front gate leads you to the elevator, which takes you right next to this condo. Spacious, beautifully decorated, large balcony looking over the Sabine Bay. Within walking distance to anything you want to do. Only bad mark is the bed in the main bedroom is extremely noisy. It's so bad, you don't even want to move in it. Also, the pool was just too cold to get in, and the weather was in the high 80's all week."

"This was our third stay at this guest suite in a year. We love the location for many reasons, mostly being steps away from the beach. It is very clean and has the necessities we need away from home. The host is on site if needs arise but we havent had any issues. Perfect for a single, couple, or couple and one child or teen who are there to spend a vacation on the beach with a comfy room to sleep, have some light meals or dine out at many places a few minutes away, or hop the trolly with a stop...

"Condo was wonderful after the first one(same company) wasn’t very good, Pensacola Beanch properties was wonderful, and took care of us very nicely Vrbo customer services leaves a lot to be desired however. After showing the pictures in the first condo, Vrbo said it was “Up to our standards,” yet it wasn’t up up the property’s company’ standards, and they were on the spot, on a Sunday, and treated us great. The person at Vrbo didn’t give a damn about us, or the issue at hand. Pensacola Beach...
