"The location is perfect if you want to save the money for the taxi(20-30NZD)and rent a motobike. But the rooms are very close to the bar and the music is TOO LOUDand NOISY, they have all day happy hour, and the party finishes around 11.30 pm everyday,so if you want to take a rest, this hotel is the worse place ever. As there are outside people come to the bar<because the alcohol is cheap>, I don't think it's save and nice for the guests.... Trasfer to and from the airport is complementary,...

El hotel es muy lindo. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y muy bien equipadas y mantenidas (no hay televisor ni wifi en las habitaciones). Todas con vista a la playa.
Hay 3 restaurants. 1 sobre la playa, con comida más básica. Y 2 en el sector de las piletas, un con buffet y menú a la carta, y el otro un poco más sofisticado solo con menú a la carta y exclusivo para adultos. Toda la comida es de muy buena calidad y a precios...

"Perfect place to stay after a day adventuring around the island. Breakfast was incredible every morning and served as our main meal each day before heading out on excursions. We stayed with two young children (2 and 7) and the staff took excellent care of us. Parking was convenient for our rental car and plenty of shops and gas stations nearby to pick up needed items between adventures. Close to town, but quiet and secluded on the island was a perfect combo for us. "

"The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful — the views, the overwater bungalows, and the facilities are all stunning. However, I was disappointed with how differently we were treated for booking through Expedia. It was clear that the staff didn’t appreciate the reservation being made via a third party, and despite being a Gold Member with Expedia, I received almost no recognition or benefits. I had to ask multiple times to have my food and beverage credit honored, and they initially tried to charge me more in resort fees and taxes than what was outlined in my Expedia confirmation. I had to wait until the very last day to get the charges adjusted correctly before I could check out. For a luxury hotel, I expected a smoother and fairer experience, regardless of the booking platform."
