"The room we had was absolutely horrible. There was an electrical plug dangling next to the shower head and There were missing outlet covers. The communication was awesome and once we told them, they understood why we were not staying there any longer. "

"I was stoked to be staying in the heart of Old San Juan, but unfortunately there was an issue with the apartment that required I be moved to a new location. The host was gracious in offering me an equally nice place to stay which was still pretty convenient to where I wanted to explore. Over all, it is unfortunate I couldn’t stay here, but if there is any problems, trust they will be resolved with integrity. "

"Our stay was very good, the property was spotless and had fresh linens and towels for the bed and bath (not kitchen)There are stairs between the 3 levels but were easily navigated. The 5 cup drip coffee pot barely filled 3 coffee cups but for a group of 4 we just ran a second pot. The pool was nice, not heated but tollerable. Not busy at all.We had a very enjoyable stay, thank you!"

"The pictures are accurate. The place is very nice. The bathroom is nice though the shower was a little dated and could use a little more cleaning. Communication is top tier. Just be aware that the AC is off in the building but the room has a good cold AC unit. The view from the window is amazing. You can see the lit up buildings at night and the beautiful ocean by day. Walking distance to Casita Miramar and the T Mobile District. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this comfortable and charming apartment, right in the heart of OSJ! Everything was exactly as described - and then some! There was coffee and creamer provided, lots of sunscreen and insect repellent - our hosts went over and above!Only two very minor things to mention - the key lock box is very difficult to open. And, if you are planning to do laundry - please have quarters with you - I do not remember the property description mentioning that - and as so few...

"I take my time in these reviews cause I depend on them when I book an apartment to stay.Location: Cannot ask for a better location.Apartment: Just as seen in the pictures. Super nice decoration, super clean, kitchen and everything in it is new and works perfectly. Important to me is the mattress in the bedrooms, SUPER COMFORTABLE. I actually took a picture of the brand SEALY tempurpedic. No matter how many days you stay I can assure you will sleep like in your house. The AC’s work perfectly....

Maintenance could be better on building ,exterior was decent. Interior was fairly clean but a good coat of paint is needed. Location is great, near the beach. No AC but plenty of fans."

"Clean place for both myself and my wife. The place is located in Toa Baja. It’s 23 mins from San Juan airport and close to main highways if planning to go sightseeing. According to local friends when it rains it’s a flooding area . However it did rain and nothing happened. The place is not a luxurious one but it works for two people . "
