Christmas at the lake
My wife and I met my Mom, Sister, and Brother-in-law for Christmas. The house had a Christmas Tree which was a nice touch. It's close to everything in Grand Rivers. A few dining and shopping options. Not far from Paducah if you are looking for something bigger. Quiet place at the end of cul-de-sac.

WONDERFUL!
Everything we needed was there. Everything was super clean and neat. Communication with the owner was great too! Loved that it was within walking distance of the lights, restaurants, lake, shows, etc. Loved being able to watch so many deer outside and so close.

Christmas Trip 2024
Our goal for the trip was to get away for a few days to relax as a family & enjoy the Festival of Lights, this was our first time to GrandRivers & our first time using Vrbo - it did not disappoint!! The property was exactly how it was described/pictured on the site & the check in/check out was a breeze. The property was VERY clean & had everything we needed for our stay. We had a wonderful time!!!!

Nice for Group Gathering
Very nice house, centrally located with plenty of room for 10 adults to stay. It is comfortable and quiet with a nice front porch area. We enjoyed great dinners at Patti's, the Oasis Southwest Grill and The Pond. Played some nice golf courses in the area and enjoyed the scenery.

Beautiful and peaceful retreat
House is located near Patty's settlement in a very peaceful quiet place just minutes from Grand Rivers. House is very well maintained and beautiful inside and out. Very spacious plenty of sleeping areas and bathrooms for large group. Had a great time and we'll rent from them again

Great location lakehouse
This was a great house on a cul de sac within walking distance of several activities in Grand Rivers. Comfortable beds, nice large kitchen table for meals and games, well stocked kitchen, working gas grill, nice front porch, 2 areas to hang out- 1 for kids and 1 for adults. Todd was very easy to communicate with- thanks for everything!

Great Family Friendly Rental
We stayed with a group of 12 with 6 kids and 6 adults. All the kids piled up in the kids room and they had a blast staying with their cousins. The cabin was spacious and clean and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

This place was PERFECT for our event! Close to the start and finish line (.5 miles) and a great "home base" for those of us not running the event. Soooo quiet and plenty of room for everyone!

Fantastic stay - as always
This was the fourth time my group of friends has rented this property. It is always clean, comfortable and the host is fantastic. He has always been very accommodating to our group. Beds are comfy, kitchen is stocked great, hot water galore and the surrounding area is very peaceful and quiet. This year we tried The Cabin pizza and oh my gosh, you should definitely eat there! It was fantastic. The only ding on the property is that the pictures show a long, rectangle kitchen table which worked great for our group over the years. However, it has been replaced with a huge circle table. It is supposed to fit 10, and it will, but 2 of the chairs won't go up TO the table. They are kinda just stuck in randomly. There is no leaf for the table to make it more usable for our group - or any large group. The table is so big in circumference that when playing cards or games, the only person in our group who could reach the middle of the table was 6.2". Everyone else had to stand up every time they wanted to do something towards the middle of the table during our game time. There were 12 of us and we have all loved coming to this property for the past 3 years. So, it makes me sad that the group wants me to find a different place next year because of the inability of all of us to sit around a table and comfortable play games. If the table is not a big deal to your group, then THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. You won't find a nicer place for the money, so you can quit looking & book it!
