"Cheap cheerful accommodation in a quiet and safe location. The host is very friendly and welcoming. The apartment itself is very clean and has all the amenities you need for a budget holiday. It has a kitchen area with large fridge, oven, microwave, kettle and plenty of cutlery with pots and pans. The only thing you have to be aware of is there is a charge of €5 per day if you want to use the air conditioning. Not a problem really, just factor it into you daily cost for the hotel room. "Bra, men synes at leiligheten var litt tom. På grunn av dette ble lyden i leiligheten høy romklang. Dette kunne vært unngått med litt mere både på gulv og vegger, uten at dette kostet alt for mye og mer hjemmekoselig "

"Downtown Park was our first option to spend a week holiday in Paphos this past November. This aparthotel offers an amazing view to the sea, the UNESCO archaeological site, and the lighthouse. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is very helpful and the communication was amazing. The only downside is the karaoke bar located in the bacjk of the hotel. The customers can get pretty loud in the evenings making your stay a bit uncomfortable, especially if you want to have a "quiet vacation"....

"En general normal, la habitación tenía un olor a desagüe cuando salías y dejabas todo cerrado, hay que pagar 6,45€ por día por el uso del aire acondicionado, solo hay wifi en la recepción y 2 días no limpiaron la habitación ….. lado positivo, muy cerca de la playa venus que es muy linda, y el personal excelente, escaso pero las chicas excelentes!!!!!!!!!!! "Object is part of a few same houses built around a nice and very clean pool. Interieur is nothing special but good enough. A/C's work very well and efficiency can be enforced by ceiling ventilators. For parking it is better to use a mo re public one on the other side as there is a quite big bump to be crossed entering private parking space - we slightly damaged base of our rental car as to bumps height. Restaurants are 5mins walk away, shops/bakery about 10-15mins walk. Supermarket 5mins by car....

El baño esta limpio pero el wc esta al lado de la pileta, si mides mas de 1,75 sera estrecho El desayuno por contra es perfecto, con leches alternativas"

"A basic quality stay. You pay what you get. My wife and I stayed here before and we enjoyed our time. The staff are definitely the greatest asset. My only complaint is the noise of the air con which was so loud, I had to sleep on the sofa in the lounge where the air con was less loud. The rooms were spotless, cleaned every day. The atmosphere around the pool area was chilled and relaxed which was definitely what we wanted. "

"My family loved their stay here. The location is great and pool is lovely. Apartments are very clean and hosts are lovely. Only complaint is the amount of rules there are round about the pool - no music, no eating/drinking etc which is great if you want a peaceful quiet time but when you want to enjoy a bit of fun with family puts you off a little. Other than that great views and amazing place! "

"Wonderful week at Serena Sunrise apartment.Everything you could possibly want in an apartment kitted out as home from home. Spotlessly clean beds really comfortable everything worked as it should. Supermarket very handy for bits with larger supermarket about 30 mins walk. I would personally hire car for my next stay as local buses not overly reliable but apart from that it was faultless. Great communication with Beverly host. Would recommend and stay again. Thank you."

"The apartment was clean, well maintained and there was everything we needed to make our stay complete. The location was great, slightly further out than we were lead to believe, but we had a car so that wasn't too much of an issue. Location was very quite and the small complex was very clean and up together. Altogether we had a great stay and would have no hesitation in going back. Highly recommended. Only issues....no television and the shower was weak...needed a power shower, but that was no...

"We stayed here in the week leading up to our wedding - very central, walking distance to shops, harbour and beach. Great location to be able to meet up with wedding guests nearby. We hired a car to get to places further out, parking space with the townhouse. I don’t think the photos do the space justice, it’s larger than I thought inside. The outside space gets the sun the whole day, the dishwasher was a bonus! Really enjoyed our stay and just booked again for next year!!"

"El hotel está ubicado enfrente de la mejor playa de Pafos. La habitación y la piscina están muy bien. Disponen de muchas tumbonas y muy cómodas. Teníamos todo incluido y, como en casi todos los hoteles, tienen una carta con las bebidas incluidas. Lo que no nos gustó es la poca variedad durante las comidas. Estando en una zona costera, sólo ponen una variedad de pescado durante las comidas y no es de gran calidad. La comida que preparan en el acto consiste en pechugas de pollo, hamburguesas que no tenían buena pinta y brochetas de cerdo. La comida sabía muy bien, pero el problema es la poca variedad para un hotel de 5 estrellas. Por lo demás, todo perfecto. ¡Hemos disfrutado los 5 días! Los trabajadores, en general, son bastante secos. Me gustaría destacar a los tres trabajadores que mejor nos han atendido: Amik, del bar principal, y a Sofía y María, del bar de la piscina."
