"I’m no stranger to the Pagosa area. Usually we stay at rustic cabins closer to wolf creek pass, however we needed a spot in town for a wedding. This place was exactly what we were looking for. "Everything was just as advertised. Peaceful, relaxing, private, clean, beautiful setting. Chris is a Hoot. "We were very happy staying at sleeping bear cabin. More lighting in the living room for reading would be nice. Also just fyi the clasps on the hot tub cover were broken and the top of the dishwasher rack was broken on the left side but everything worked… property manager was awesome! Would recommend in a heartbeat!"

"My son and I enjoyed our stay. It was the first time in about 8 years we did a vacation together. The unit is very cute and clean. So close to walking into the town and the hot springs. We did lots of fishing and hiking and just popping in and out of various shops. I would stay here again. I would suggest having more bowls and containers for meal preparations. Maybe some Tupperware for leftovers too. I left my bowl and some utensils for future guests. Thanks again!"

"Our family really enjoyed our stay here. Loved being next to the lake and enjoying coffee sitting out on the porch each morning. "Beautiful rental and location! The kitchen was fully loaded with all the extras I'm used to lugging with us, since we love to cook. The rental was across the street from Village Lake. "Everything was great. The property was so nice. Nicely decirated. Loved being able to use the garage with the remote. Most if the lughr switches were labled which was super helpful. The only 7sdue was the price/night on the listing. Gave one price but then on the booking total included a host fee and another $85 fee that was not clear what it was for. Felt misleading initially. However, we will choose this property to stay at again if available."
