Very nice!
Our family really enjoyed our stay here. Loved being next to the lake and enjoying coffee sitting out on the porch each morning. The house was well stocked and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Very clean and comfortable. The only thing we had an issue with was not being able to stay cool during the day. The house would get pretty warm, especially upstairs. We didnt realize there was only one ac unit and it was in the master bedroom. It didn't cool things down very well. Our kids were very hot upstairs.

Relaxing Visit in Pagosa Springs
Everything was as pictured with all conveniences in place. We loved sitting on the back deck in the evenings looking over the water. Great location and would highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet place not too far from town.

Peace and Quiet.
This is an exceptional getaway for friends and family who want to enjoy a peaceful, beautiful and comfortable home on the lake. The deck is spacious and well equipped with chairs and tables, both shaded and in the sun, with views that only Colorado can offer. You will find everything you need including very comfy beds. :). Highly recommend!

What a view!
This property was gorgeous, and the view was absolutely spectacular! We came to Pagosa for a long weekend with our kiddos to enjoy the hot springs, also amazing, and coming home to this comfy property felt like home. With cozy bedrooms, a stocked kitchen, and a beautiful view, we couldn’t be more comfortable. This had everything we needed. Thank you for the enjoyable stay and a place to make new memories! 😊

Great stay!
This was a wonderful rental. Clean, quiet lake location. Very responsive mgmt when we had a very minor problem with the freezer door handle. the only suggestion I have is that the heat is not as easy to regulate as we were led to believe with Alexa. I highly endorse this listing.

What a fantastic place!!
We had a great time and "Knotty & Nice" really met all our expectations and more. The pics are very accurate, very modern kitchen and appliances, very comfortable bedrooms and living room. The deck was outstanding and a great place to just sit and relax, grill dinner or star gaze after dark. We took some day trips and also had a lot of fun with the kayak and paddle boards. We had a great time and will definitely look at staying here again.

Such a great place!
This was a wonderful location right on the lake. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Lots of fun lake activities and they provided all of the equipment! Loved everything about it and would definitely come back!

We had a great time at Knotty and Nice! It had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the paddleboards, and the deck with the outdoor fire pit! Everything was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Serene Setting - wonderful amenities
This property is tucked away—feeling private and serene. The breathtaking views of the lake can be seen from everywhere in the house. I loved the country quiet while being just a short drive from town, hot springs, etc. We loved having access to a huge game cart, paddle board, air hockey table, and more. The beds were exceptionally comfortable—no cheap scratchy sheets. It was the perfect base for our hiking, shopping, eating, swimming adventures. Just the calm we needed after a long drive to get there and high energy outings. Would stay again!

We enjoyed our stay very much. House was well suited for our needs. One change that would improve the experience is to install a handheld 🚿. My son and I are over 6ft and the one 🚿 we needed to duck to get under it, the other one you couldn't adjust enough to get out of the way while the temperature regulated.

The property was amazing. Very clean and it had a good layout. We had 8 people staying: 4 adults and 4 teenage boys. I loved having 3 bathrooms. It was great having the washer and dryer so we could dry wet gloves and ski pants. The view of the lake was beautiful. I would love to stay in the summer to enjoy the lake activities. The kitchen was fully stocked with kitchen pots/pans/crockpot, etc. The only draw back was the distance from the Wolf Creek Ski area. It took at least 45 minutes to get there depending on the weather/roads. We would recommend this property to anyone at any time of the year!

Great place for Family’s toget away.
Property was clean and well stocked lots to do. Ur kids are 13,15,16,20, & 23. Everyone loved our stay. One of my favorite things about this place is that it is a duplex and if you plan ahead you could rent both sides and have a great time with friends while everyone has their own space.

Charming lakeside cabin with great views. No problem with the WIFI and a straight shot down the road from 160. Shopping and restaurants are close by. I would love to come check it out in the summer as well.

We absolutely loved this beautiful home. It was clean and ready for us to enjoy. The kids enjoyed the air hockey table to the fullest. The lake is literally the backyard. It was iced over, but the view was beautiful. I bet the lake at this home in the summer amazing! Check-in was easy, communication with the host was immediate. We really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at the Lake House last year and couldn't wait to come back. The place is amazing along with its views. The beds are comfortable and it has everything you could need. We can't wait to go again next year but stay 4 days instead of 3.

Almost new, beautiful lakeside duplex
Excellent help from the management group. We had a coffee maker problem and within 2 hours, they delivered a new machine right to our door. Nicely furnished, very clean and they even had a one car garage for our use. They have two standup paddle boards and the owner is adding two inflatable kayaks. Great place right on the lake with a large rear deck and comfortable outdoor funiture No motors, other than electric, are allowed on the lake, so it is quiet and peaceful. Loved it!
