"I have now stayed at Pajaro Dunes 3 times. As usual love the beach and the spaciousness of the unit for a 4 night stay. The only things this time is the property lighting around our Building (Bldg B) was inadequate, including the lighting of the sign for all building. Secondly using the path from the staircase to the edge of the dunes had 2 covered sand-covered steps, that could not be seen but caused one of us to twist their ankle.(maybe a warning sign could have alerted us.) "This 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath bungalow was updated/remodeled and quite comfortable. Great coffee maker! Mattresses seemed relatively new (always a bonus!) Our stay turned out to be during an unusual heat wave, so we wished there had been AC, but perhaps this is usually not a problem in that area. "This place is pretty nice and cute, and has a great location. It's a bit tight on space, but we knew that going in. My main complaint is that the fold-out couch in the living room is very fragile. It has instructions about how to pull it out gently, etc., which we followed; but no matter how careful we were, the fold-out part always collapsed after a few minutes of light usage. So we told our son to sleep on the other half of it, which is the main couch part. The place also gets pretty hot...

"This home was perfect for our get together with longtime friends. The beach location was wonderful and we enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. It’s a condo unit towards the back of the property and we were able to negotiate the road in the dark. I had trouble with the access code, user error no doubt but the owner checked to ensure we were in. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed.
