WOW and WOW
We loved the property and the home. SO beautiful and peaceful. As a fellow VRBO I was very impressed. Fresh eggs were awesome and the owners were so sweet. Home was beautiful! Only thing were the directions. The sign at the end of the road did not have the business name that was stated to be there and very confusing as to where to turn in. A little VBRO sign with an arrow would be really helpful Thanks - hope to see you again!

We love Palisade River Ranch!
We had an incredible long weekend stay at the ranch! The property is stunning and the house was perfect for our needs. Updated, clean, cozy - wouldn't change a thing. We already can't wait to come back for another visit to Palisade!

YOU DON'T WANT TO MISS THIS!
This property is extremely nice. The linen is soft, beds are great, and the host was extremely punctual in answering any questions we had! Thank you for a great stay in Palisade!

Spring Break. Well, Sort Of.
It was more of an excuse to go wine tasting. Cameron and Jen have a nice place there. The property was pretty well described. Our 5-year-old nephew got to go collect eggs each day for breakfast. We built a fire in the fire pit and made smores. We had no propane tank, but immediately after calling Cameron he brought one over and hooked it up.I think you would really enjoy the property.

The Introverted Cyclist
We went to ride the Palisade Fruit & Wine Byway, but didn't want to be in the touristy part of Palisade. THIS PLACE IS PERFECT! There is a lovely path from the house to the city park, from where you can launch a cycling journey to many different locations, including the Byway. You can also walk down to a very private location on the Colorado River. The house itself is immaculate and bedding reminds us of Europe. I was so amazed at the hosts' anticipation of every need, I actually went on a hunt for an amenity they forgot and came up empty. Wow! The owners live in an adjacent house and are as inobtrusive as they are charming when paths cross. Their son and large dog occasionally appear on their way to soccer games and patrolling the property. Both are incredibly well-mannered and add to the fun. I would highly recommend!

Perfect weekend stay
This was the nicest home we have stayed. Very homey and had anything you might need. Beautiful property to take a walk, have a picnic or take amazing family pictures. We would definitely stay again when we are in the area.

Palisade Vacation
This is an excellent place to stay! Beautiful surroundings, exceptional hosts and the perfect spot for a home base while exploring the area. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting the area. We will definitely return in the future!

Adorable place to stay.
This was our second time staying at the Riverfront Ranch guest house. The house is very clean, adorable and has everything you need for your stay. We can't wait to come back next year. There is so much to do on the property. They added a firepit and chairs by their pond. They have chairs by the water so you could relax and soak up the sun.

Perfect location to explore Palisade and Grand Junction
We came to the area from iowa for a family wedding. Our son from La drove up to join us. We wanted a place to stay for us plus our son going to CMU. the ranch house was perfect. Quiet, peaceful, beautifully laid out and decorated. We had enough bedrooms plus a comfy living room, wonderful kitchen and outdoor space. No problems of any kind. Very clean and inviting

Perfect Location!
We had a great stay at Cameron and Jen's place. The house was adorable and had everything we needed. We struggled with the directions upon entry to the property with finding the door to the VRBO at night (can't find the red roof or a pond when everything is black/dark!), but other than that, was awesome. The sheets were so soft!! Sincere thanks.

Great stay for mobility challenged
All the reviews are correct… beautiful property and wonderful hosts. Additionally, I greatly appreciated the accessibility of the property. The parking is very close to the door and only a few shallow/easy stairs into the house. There are wide doorways and a zero-entry shower with handheld sprayer. My only mild criticism would be that the mattresses could have been a little more comfortable. The grounds were absolutely beautiful and quiet. Our teen daughter absolutely loved the tiny toads and other creatures that were around. Great rental and we hope to return.

Relaxing and fun
Beautiful property, clean and comfortable guest house, plenty to do and see at the ranch, and a great location close to activities in town. Wonderful for families. Our 8 yr old loved playing in the pond and fishing. Her grandparents enjoyed relaxing under the shade of the giant cottonwood. Easy bike ride into downtown or the park. Kind and accomodating owners.

Truly Exceptional
If you want to know what Cam and Jen the hosts look like, get out your dictionary and lock next to perfect host. The property is amazing. It includes short hikes, rockhounding the river or just sitting under a beautiful cottonwood tree. You can get the whole Western CO experience from here. Hiking, mountain biking, off roading. We rented Slingshots, did the Monument and and Rte 141. We will be back. Forgot, vineyards, brew pubs, distilleries.
