I have just completed a 3 day trip with a bad experience that I left a day early. The pics were exaggerated. The place needs a lot of repairs and upgrades. I had to call them twice to finally get into the house. I needed a code to unlock the key box. One day one it was flooded and could not even get past the driveway because of the rain level there. I paid Expedia for this trip in full. They contact me to get my credit card to have on file only. I get notified that night that there was a pending charge on my account. The management people build me again. The next day, I called to complain. Finally the contacted me to say they charged it in error and would put in a credit. It was taken out and restricted my money available for the weekend. They said they were sorry. For me, that didn't do. The place needs an upgrade. They said it had a partial ocean view. It didn't there was a large yellow stain on the master suite mattress pad. Lights did not work outside and many inside. Master br toilet ran unless you turn the handle. I am embarrassed to have this printed, so I request you refrain. I would just not list this place. They went so far to offer me a later checkout. Really, I left a day earlier even though it was fully paid to you. I will never book again.
