Great place, great location in Palm Springs
This cute property is a gem just a Stonesthrow from downtown Palm Springs. It’s a quiet oasis with a very nice heated swimming pool and our unit even had a private hot tub in the back yard. The entire apartment was great, top-notch with a highly functional, well outfitted kitchen. The bedroom was very nice with a super comfortable bed, lots of towels, and plenty of hot water.My wife and I were super happy with the stylish digs and would hardly recommend this place. One of our best vacation rentals ever! And by the way, Rick was very accommodating and super communicative.

This was a perfect place for a Palm Springs getaway! It’s close enough to walk downtown. Relaxed by the pool, enjoyed the tunes and comfy lounge chairs.

Picture Perfect
The property was picture perfect. Suite C had all of the amentities that you could ask for: kitchen, private hot tub and patio, fireplace and more. Decor was mid-modish, comfortable and super clean. Location was great for walking to Tahquitz Canyon hike and Moorten's Cactarium. Right off 111 for access to all other CV areas. Owners were very attentive. If I could move in, I would.

Wonderful spot
You will not be disappointed with this beautiful oasis. The pool area, garden area in the back, and well appointed home were wonderful. It was a little bit further to the main downtown area than we expected. Overall it was a great experience.

Birthday getaway
Four of us wanted to stay close to our dear friend that lives in twin palms for our 60th birthday celebration. We booked this amazing home for our stay that was within 2 miles of him. I would have given 5 stars all the way around if check out time was at 11am instead of 10am. Feel like we needed the extra hour to enjoy the morning and then clean up. Thank you for the great stay! I would definitely book again!

Great Spot
The place was even better than the photos. Clean, relaxing, fully stocked with everything we needed, everything we hope for when getting away. Rick and Gary we're super responsive and accommodating. Would definitely recommend and revisit.

This was a great property and it had everything you could ask for, close to downtown a pool and hot tub. Our cottage was great and was well stocked and very comfortable. The next time we come to Palm Springs this property will be our first choice.

Gorgeous desert retreat
We loved our stay in this beautiful, well appointed space. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean and the pool was heaven. We especially loved the birds who make their home in the courtyard's foliage. The location is central and easy, and we were lucky to have lovely neighbors in the other units. What a treat!

The ground unit was in a small enclave of three other units with the pool in the center, very private and secure. An open patio facing the pool with additional private patio off the spacious main bedroom and off the modern kitchen. Both bedrooms were spacious with each having an en-suite bathroom. Minor issues; The secondary bedroom shower had slow water drainage, the patio off the kitchen had a water soaked outdoor rug and needed some cleaning, and entry to gate and doors wasn’t clear so we contacted the owner who called us back immediately. If it wasn’t so hot, the walk to both main streets would not have bothered us at all. Overall, we really like the home and would stay there again.

Nice for Short Stay
Property was clean beds were comfortable. Good cookware and dishes. I didn't see any indication that the pool was shared with other guests when i booked. There are 3 separate units labeled A,B,C that all share the same common (fenced in area). If your goal was to see no-one but friends and family at your vacation rental you will be disappointed. Ultimately the other folks were nice enough so it wasn't a problem for us (your mileage may vary). Finally check in was stated at 4pm (a bit late) and check out was 10am (early). I feel like this is something that should be stated up-front (especially when deviating significantly from established industry norms) and not after you rent the place. This is more a Vrbo problem and not this renter (it was our first experience w/ them). Also struck me as strange to charge a significant sum of money for cleaning and then demand you take out the trash & wash dishes. "Welcome" message was also much less then friendly and was laden with threats about losing your money should you have guests over. Overall our experience was not bad but at this price point you can defiantly do better. Best thing about it as the "host" is clearly aware is the location. Centrally located to alot of attractions so we rented e-bikes and zoomed around town.

Great location for a girls weekend!
We stayed for the weekend for a wedding in town. The location was perfect. The pool was glorious! The unit was clean and the kitchen space had everything you needed to cook meals. The bedrooms were comfortable and came with lots of pillows. If ever we are back in Palm Springs we would love to book here again.
