Warm me up
We were very happy with the property. A few things could be addressed, as our code didn’t work, but a call fixed that. Then tv’s didn’t work. Mike came over and worked on them. The family room tv never worked. Sort of a bummer when that is where the chairs were. The skillets, etc for the stovetop definitely need replaced. The dining chairs are missing leg parts, so they are uneven, and all of the pool sticks need the tips replaced. A lot were missing entirely, and others were so worn out they didn’t work well. Other than those things I thought you would want to know about, we had a great time. I would also suggest some maps of downtown LaQuinta, so we would know how to walk instead of driving or ubering everywhere, and when art fairs and farmers markets are. FYI. We had fun and the weather got beautiful the day before we left.

Great Stay!
The property was great and had lots of entertainment for the kids ages 8-11. There was plenty of room for two families with children. Location was awesome and close to downtown La Quinta as well as many other activities. Definitely would stay here again!

We arrived at 3pm on April 4, 2024 to check in. The driveway was full of vehicles & a HVAC van. They were still cleaning the house and the technician was trying to get the air conditioning unit to work. The AC didn’t work entire time in the main house. The house wasn’t clean in many areas. I’ve tried to resolve these issues with the manager, VacanzaStay with no success. The house was hot, and the bedrooms were cool as the AC unit worked in the bedrooms. The yard/pool was so disgustingly dirty that we couldn’t use it until our fourth day as the pool cleaner came Saturday & worked on the pool from 7:30-9:30PM. I continued to text & leave messages and they were kind when they responded but the follow through was extremely delayed or not at all. Out of our 5 days/4nights stay we only had one day to utilize the pool and yard. The most disrespectful and obnoxious thing that happened was Monday morning. We were awoken at 6:30AM to the HVAC guys working on the roof. Both my husband & I were scared & startled. My husband ran outside to find out what the heck was happening. The main technician stated that they had strict orders to start promptly at 6:30AM. Management absolutely didn’t care about anything in regards to making our stay a nice or pleasant one. I wouldn’t recommend staying at this particular property. I’ve requested numerous times for a manager/owner to call me back regarding our issues and no one has? SAD & UNACCEPTABLE TO TREAT US WITH ZERO RESPECT AFTER ALL WE PAID!

Wonderful desert getaway!
We really enjoyed staying at this property. There are a lot of games and fun activities for kids and adults alike at this property. The pool has a beautiful view of the mountains and is kept nice and private by the surrounding landscaping. The sleeping situation was perfect for our family of four and family of three staying together. Each adult couple got their own king bedroom suite with an private bathroom and the kids all shared the bunk room with their own bathroom. It was perfect!

Perfect floor plan for family vacation. Bonus that it is pet friendly, yay! The bedrooms are private and each has its own full bathroom. The kitchen was outfitted with everything (nespresso, keurig, water kettle, blender, William Sonoma pots & pans, plenty of serving platters & bowls. All imaginable utinsils for indoor cooking, baking & bbq utinsils, too. Plenty of silverware, steaknives, cups, glasses and plates. Loads of plastic cups for pool area. The large bar area with fridge and beautiful cocktail glassware. 3 sets of placemats to suit the vibe. The refrigerator is spacious & freezer is great size. Extra fridge in garage with the ping pong table. Full sized washer & dryer, plenty of seating in large living room & play room (pool table & shuffle board). The pool is amazing. A couple reviews said “pool in front yard”, so we were a bit concerned. No need- totally private and where we spent most of our time, in the pool, lounging by the pool & playing games under the awning. Property is close to restaurants, groceries & golfing. Also, BevMo and Uber eats delivered what we forgot…took less than 20minutes from time of order to delivery. Best of all - Vancanza (the management company) responded IMMEDIATELY to questions and resolved our check in code within minutes. YES, our family will return and highly recommend this property.

Our family "girls" trip
There was plenty of room to do whatever you felt like doing. Everyone was able to use all the games and toys which was great for every age group. The bedrooms and each bath areas were clean. I would stay there again.

Perfect for Family Getaway
Serendipity was a great spot to spread out and relax for our family. Plenty of activities for us to enjoy and almost every board game imaginable which was a nice surprise. The kitchen is nicely appointed and the open floor plan had a great flow. Any questions were answered immediately by the property management staff and they went above and beyond to ensure everything was functioning properly at the house.

Nice home with a few issues
The home was very nice, but unfortunately the spa appeared to have been not maintained and did not function properly (was filled low, temperature was set correctly but would not heat). We contacted the manager right away and they communicated well and sent the pool vendor out right away. The pool vendor looked very briefly and didn't see an issue, and said it should heat up in the morning. It did not, and we were unable to use the spa during our stay. The spa was a large reason we chose this home for this time. We were disappointed that after notifying the management company of the issue and communicating with them clearly throughout the trip that they made no accommodations.

Last minute get-away
Wanted to do something for my Dads 90th birthday. So booked this house last minute to celebrate. The inside of the house was beautiful. A wind storm came the day we arrived and dust/leaves/dirt everywhere. The pool was cleaned on day3. The backyard was too dusty dirty to use😢. The only other problem is TVs don’t have enough good explanation on how to use. There needs to be a manual written in detail for each TV. The manager at staycation was very helpful and sent out technicians that were also very helpful! Overall had a wonderful time!

Great House with lots of games
We stayed here to celebrate two birthdays in the family. House was comfortable and had lots of games and books for all ages to enjoy. Unfortunately a wind storm blew threw and the pool was filled with leaves/bark from all over the neighborhood. I called the mgmt company and they sent out a pool cleaner the next day. Unfortunately that cost us a day not being able to enjoy the pool. Overall it was a great house.

Amazing Time For Spring Break
We stayed here over spring break and the house worked perfectly! We swam all day, played ping pong, pool, shuffleboard, games, watched movies. The house was so well stocked and lovely with so much room. We could have invited another family :) We contacted the manager about the hot tub and fountain and they were super responsive. We’d definitely love to stay here again!

Beautiful Home- Great for Families. Could have been cleaner on arrival.
Beautiful Home, Great Location, Lots of Amenities. Enjoyed the stay. Wish the house would have been cleaned better upon arrival. The pool and hot tub were both dirty upon arrival. The hot tub was off. The area around the pool had trash that we had to pick up. Inside the house there were crumbs on the counters and chairs and floors. Trash cans on the side of the house were over flowing. Paid very good money for the house and just expected it to be clean upon arrival. The offered to have the cleaner come back. I appreciated the offer, but it should have been cleaned before we arrived. We pay for a cleaning fee. The house and pool should be clean for the guests when they arrive. We enjoyed our stay, it is a nice home. Thanks
