"They didn't have our room ready until 5pm, the electric heater wasn't working and neither was the kettle. The staff didn't solve any of these problems. The rate they give to change euro into ringits is very low (4,2). Breakfast is very poor."

"The location is great walking distance to the Rainforest Discovery Centre, Sunbear and Orangutan sanctuary. The breakfast was average, no eggs! But staff were lovely. It’s a comfortable and basic place but we enjoyed it very much."
