Wonderful beach stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Soul Happy. Out the back door to the beach, fenced in yard for the little ones and the dog, 2 screened in areas and multiple beds. This was a great house for our family vacation. If you are looking for a modern house with all the upgrades this isn’t the place for you, but if you want old Florida charm that’s peaceful and on the beach, you can’t do better.

Just what we needed
Soul Happy is a lovely beach house that is larger than the pictures indicate. Our favorite spot was the lanai or swing which overlooks the beach. We loved listening to the rhythmic sound of the waves. Utterly peaceful and beautiful. The new kitchen is quite nice and has everything you need to cook fresh meals. We used the charcoal grill several times for our fresh seafood from My Way. The beds were comfortable and the towels plush. The dogs loved the fenced yard and our daily walks on the beach. We also loved star gazing - we saw the Milky Way, meteors and so many constellations! We will be back!

Definitely Makes Happy Souls
This is our second summer spending a week here. The layout of the house is perfect for us. We can all be together when we choose and can spread out when we want also. The newly remodeled kitchen made meal preparation so easy. My husband and I especially appreciate having no flights of stairs to deal with. Beach access is easy! Our pups love the fenced yard. We have already reserved a week for next summer!

Awesome vacation
We loved our stay! Access to the beach was so easy compared to staying in a high rise. We had all the comforts of home. The hot water is hot! You have to be careful with the little ones. The only thing i found different than the description is there isn't an ice maker, only 2 ice trays, so bring plenty of ice. I will definitely come back. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

Soul Happy is a true old Florida beach home and I hope it stays that way!
My husband and I and our two pups had an excellent time. The property is as described, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, and the beach is wonderful. The fenced yard was a ++ for our dogs. The deck was our favorite place to hang out for sunsets. So many dolphins swimming near shore. An absolutely special place!!

Fantastic Vacation
Everything was exactly as listed. Nice quiet beach just steps from the door. We went to wakulla springs and it was wonderful. Plenty of room for the family. I had a question and got an immediate response. Can’t say enough good things about Soul Happy!!!

This is our 2nd stay and I just love this property and our stays their ,our dogs love the yard and water. Also seen a bear outside the yard .a big bear.could not ask for a better place or vacation.

Pictures was deceiving
Pictures was very deceiving !! Online Pictures show very clean and very well kept yards and house !! But really the fence area was over grown with vines and weeds and the house was clean but very outdated !! Also very hard to work the tvs, had to use 2 remotes for each tv !!! But we liked the location very much !! For the price that we paid, we could have gotten a very nicely updated house for 2 weeks instead of 1 week !!

Perfect Beach Vacation
I loved once again experiencing the Old Florida atmosphere that I grew up in. We had our children and grandchildren with us. The house was perfect for all of us. Being right on the beach was perfect! Only 2 steps in the front door and just a few more on the boardwalk to the beach. Perfect for old knees! Our dogs were so happy there too! In fact, we have already reserved a week next summer!

Love Alligator Point!
Love, love, love the beach of sugary white sand! We enjoyed the amazing seafood that is available in Panacea. Manager responded promptly to inquiries. Very disappointed in the condition of the home. Many, many repairs and updates needed.

Charming older beachfront house
Being able to rent beachfront property and having the beach mostly to ourselves was a thrill. We enjoyed our stay. The house is old, but comfortable. The outside seating area is a bonus. We were lucky to capture some amazing sunsets.

Perfection
I hesitate to write a glowing review because I’d like to keep this place a secret! We are four senior women & our dog and have traveled all over America. Alligator Point and this rental are very special. We were able to walk 3/4 of a mile in either direction on a white sandy beach and not encounter a soul. The house is as advertised. Plenty of beds, room to spread out, full kitchen, fenced in yard and tight on the Gulf. What’s not to love.

Very was everything!!
Wonderful view with a nice area for the dogs to run around in. The entrance gate had been hit so it was bowed at the bottom so we had to put wire to close the gap so the pups couldn't get out. There was a plank of the fence down that we hammered back in. There isn't a dishwasher but paper plates fixed that. The beds are very comfortable!! The living room furniture could use an update ,a little broken down, as are the the arms on the couch. None of these things will keep us from renting this property again. Absolutely gorgeous sunsets and the deck outside is perfect for that morning cup of coffee!!!

Healing getaway
This property was a pleasant surprise. We lost our youngest furry baby suddenly and was looking for somewhere to just getaway and get life back in perspective.
