1) owners need to let boaters know that the bay where the home is located often has negative tides, the canal dock behind residence will not float a boat with a draft greater than 6" in low tide. There is a lift, but unless lift is set up specifically for your hull, it's not usable. Don't let dock space fool you... the bay is also treacherous with oyster beds everywhere.
2) all of the beds are uncomfortable. They are all spring and mattress all in one piece - on cheap metal spring $399 on Amazon beds and you can feel every coil through the mattress. They did provide us with a memory foam layer, but the gigantic depressions in the mattresses will literally swallow a normal size person, so once we put the topper on and then lay down in the bed, your butt sinks down to bed frame springs yes more springs in the frame, and you got all this memory foam wrapping up around you.
3) the linens on the beds are all synthetic - synthetic sheets and comforters and pillowcases and very hot. We always see cotton linens at this price point.
4) we travel all over the state of Florida to go fishing shrimping lobstering scalloping several times a year. And after all paid for - taxes, cleaning, admin fees... the nightly rate was right about $300 per night. Also taking into account that it is a 3/3 what we normally see at this price point is a fully stocked very comfortable home with hotel style beds and bedding.
Great things: locale, ice machine, extra freezer fridge, shaded seating, space, decor
