Everything about our stay was perfect. The view from the balcony is incredible. The owners were very quick to respond and checked in to ensure everything was in acceptable condition. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Condo, Amazing Hosts!
Everything was exactly as described and expected! David was so quick to respond with any questions I had. We loved the location of the condo since we had two kids that wanted to play at the arcade and do putt putt and go carts. I would absolutely recommend this condo and cannot wait to come back!

Comfortable Condo
Great condo in a convenient, central location. On the 20th floor so the views are amazing. We enjoyed watching sting rays in the morning from the balcony. Condo had everything we needed including beach gear! Dave was great to communicate with and very responsive to questions. Parking garage is a bit tight to maneuver in but condo spot on the 5th level is easy in and out to the actual spot. I’ll definitely check availability of this condo the next time I’m in PCB!

Fantastic Condo and Great Location
One of main reasons my wife and I stayed in this condo was the "Reviews", they are exceptional. Great job David and Suzette. Condo is fantastic. Location was excellent on Front Beach Road. This condo is directly on the Gulf. Large pool and plenty of chairs/lounge chairs for guest to use. Beach was clean and plenty of room to set up chairs and enjoy the Gulf. Easy access to restaurants, shopping and just enjoying the drive along the coast. David and Suzette have everything in their condo for guest to use, all you need to do is arrive and enjoy your stay. My wife, Kids and I have been coming to Panama City Beach since 1992 and this is the best condo we have been to. This condo is great for the parking, communication with property owner, "David is fantastic", cleanliness of the condo, overall decoration of the condo and as mentioned above the location is great. Overall our stay was great, David Suzette you have done a great job with your condo. Thank you for a great vacation and the use of your condo Doug and Druanne Lowell, Indiana

This is a great place to stay in the Panama City Beach. It is right in the heart of the city. The beach was nice and the condo was clean. I would love to stay here again. Pools and hot tub it a plus.

We loved it!
My husband and I stayed here during our son’s senior spring break. He stayed somewhere else with friends but we were close enough to him in case he needed anything. The condo owners were very friendly, available anytime we had a question and gave us lots of information about great places to eat, etc. The location was perfect, the condo was clean and very nice not to mention the spectacular view from the 20th floor. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Family get away

Girls 50th birthday trip
All 5 of us turned 50 this year, So we decided to take a girls trip to celebrate. We absolutely loved the condo stay. It was clen, beautiful and perfect! It was right on the beach and the view of the Gulf was purely amazing! The white sand and clear emerald waters from our balcony were so beautiful that it felt like a dream. The owners were amazing and would text to make sure all was going good, if we needed anything or had any questions. We give 5 stars and 2 thumbs up! Highly recommended.

Labor Day weekend
Nice and comfortable condo. Well equipped. The owner was easy to communicate with. They gave very detailed information concerning the unit. The only downside is parking across the street if you have more than one vehicle. This unit has only one assigned spot that is near the elevator which made it convenient. Overall a good place to stay.

Wonderful place!
You can tell the owners take very good care of their 2nd home. And because of this, it makes you want to take care of it also. We didn't mind taking our shoes off at the door. There was no sandy feeling on the feet in the condo. I have never stayed in a condo that hasn't had the gritty feeling even when you first arrive. They communicate with you every step of the way. There are plenty of beach chairs in the laundry room. No need to bring your own. There is also a buggy to use. The 20th floor has amazing views. We saw dolphins a couple of mornings. The condo is also in a great location. There is a doughnut place right across the street that my granddaughter and her friend loved walking to. There is also an arcade across the street which they said was cheap. Runaway Island, one of our favorite restaurants, is just about a minute walk. Senor Frogs and Sharkeys are also within walking distance. The only negative are the elevators which the owners have no control over. There are 3 elevators but only 2 were operating. The only times there were issues was arriving and in the mornings going down to the beach. The only reason for this was because people would have their buggys, chairs, coolers, etc. But if you get down to the beach before 10am its not much of an issue. Just be patient. We would stay here again.

Exactly as advertised!
This condo was just perfect for my family of 5 including three younger kids. The space is spacious, the beds comfortable, it was super convenient to have two bathrooms and the kitchen/bedrooms/condo were well stocked with useful items, including beach chairs and a wagon. The views of the ocean are spectacular and the building itself is well kept and felt safe. Communication with the owner about check in/check out was also great. So, all in all, it was a great visit! I wish there were sidewalks in the area to allow us to walk around more safely with young kids as the traffic was pretty slow around the beach area. Otherwise, though, the location was good as there were restaurants and a grocery store and other amenities nearby. Would definitely stay again!

Spectacular Views Convenient Location
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. The staff was friendly, location was convenient and the views were breathtaking! We really enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed was provided and the accommodations were comfortable! We would have liked to have some board games available for family fun time, cases for the extra pillows would also be a nice addition. Thanks to the Johnson’s for a wonderful time!

Left us wanting to come back!
We loved our stay at this property! The check in and check out process was SUPER easy!!! We were a little nervous as we have never used VRBO before but it was so easy!! We had the best time. The location was perfect, the place was clean, had everything we needed and LOVED that there was almost no walk to the beach. We would highly recommend staying here and we hope to visit again!
